SageTapas & WineBar Nelson; amazing service, exceptional plates/unparalleled service. An exclusive #BCWine list. Salmon roulade, scallops, tuna tatami and halibut-can't go wrong with any! A definite do-again every trip.

Amazing service, wonderful food, delicious wine. The views over the water are just an added benefit. This is a gem to have in Nelson and everyone should get out and enjoy the experience.

I felt compelled to write a review of our dining experience at Sage as it was exceptional. Normally, I couldn't be bothered to take the time to review a restaurant, but this was really special. The view of the mountains and Kokanee Lake are beautiful, the service was perfect, the food was perhaps the best we have had (seasoned travellers)... More

We loved this experience! Our waiter was so helpful describing each choice we asked about. We (3 ladies) had the charcuterie plate, Beef carpaccio and warm olives, amazing flavours. We finished with a selection of chocolate desserts which were so tasty. The BC wines offered by the glass and by the bottle were varied in price and taste, so yummy.... More

We were fortunate to walk by Sage Tapas and make a spontaneous decision to dine here. The back patio offered a gorgeous view and the service was quick and our waiter was friendly. We found the portions to be substantial for tapas and everything seemed fresh. We had a incredible plate of wild picked BC mushrooms- they were beyond flavorful.... More

We had an absolutely delicious dinner here while visiting Nelson. Great cheese and charcuterie plate and amazing mushroom plate!! The gnocchis were also very good. The waitress also gave us a great wine recommendation and great service in general. I will definitely come back to eat here next time I'm in Nelson!!

Nelson is wonderful walking town, we came across Sage Tapas and wine. A few locals asked if we where looking for a place to eat and they recommend it. The waitress and chef went out of there way to accommodate my wife's dietary needs she's gluten sensitive. Very nice setting in the deck, the food was good and great service.

This restaurant has a mixture of tapas and more substantial dishes. The quality of the dishes was excellent, and it is possible to sit outside on a nice deck, although the view is not particularly great. Very friendly staff.
