We have enjoyed many meal at Blackberry Kitchen. The food and service are always excellent. Recently we ordered a take out dinner to celebrate our anniversary. Our meals were so delicious! The presentation was even great and that is quite a surprise when the meal...is in a recycle box. Well done Blackberry Kitchen!More

By far some of the best eats in Mission. The potato soup and build your own sandwich was crazy good. Would definitely recommend trying their garlic aioli with the fries. The scone with Devonshire cream and fresh jam was amazing. Can't wait to go back...to try their dinner menu.More

Went to have brunch at the Blackberry Kitchen and was very disappointed with my meal and service. I ordered the black bean bowl and a coffee. I never received the coffee and the bowl took 25 min to arrive which is long considering the restaurant...was very quiet. The black bean bowl was canned black beans served with half sautéed yellow pepper, onions and quite raw garlic. In fact, there were slices of half cooked garlic in my black bean bowl. I asked for poached eggs to be medium and was served hard cooked poached eggs. I was not charged for the bowl as I left most of it except for a few potatoes. The menu needs not only to be updated but the kitchen staff as well. I do not recommend this restaurant unless someone is wanting to eat subpar food with a gorgeous viewMore

We stopped in for lunch on a beautiful sunny afternoon. We sat outside where they have a tremendous view, (well worth sitting out there). The staff were all curtious and nice, our orders came promptly and were delicious. We had sandwiches, one was the beef...dip, you can have it with soup, fries, salad, or home made potato salad which was what we had it with (very good). The other sandwich was a reuben, also very tasty. We will definitely stop in again when were anywhere near this area, as we'd like to try some other menu items in the future. This is a nice place come for a meal.More

Stopped by for a late Anniversary meal and had a great steak. The Baseball Cut with Blue Cheese on top was so good. And the Peanut butter dessert was just as good, Service was amazing.

Went for our anniversary dinner and was so happy to see that all staff followed COVID protocols- hand sanitizing, distancing, etc There were a few people in their early 20s that wanted to dine, but could only have take out. They were not interested in...following protocols- staff handled it so well and in a respectful manner! Food was amazing and service was great! I was so full from dinner. Would have loved to sit on the patio, but didn't want to chance a cancelled reservation due to weather. They have different times for seating and very small numbers of people in the building.More

This is a little hidden gem in Mission, BC. And by hidden, I mean really off the beaten track and perhaps even a little hard to find. We were there for dinner with another couple on a rainy Sunday evening. So we didn't get to...see the view which is meant to be lovely! We started with appetizers which we all enjoyed. Hubby and I shared the hummus and our friends had the shrimp. The hummus was very tasty, and our friends said the shrimp was delicious. Everyone else had lamb, but I had the ravioli. The lamb was well recieved. The ravioli, not so much. On the menu it mentions that it is served with roasted vegtables - but I didn't find them very nice really. The texture of roasted squash is quite soft and for me, it didn't go with the rest of the dish. I found the ravioli a bit dry and not as tasty as I'd hoped. I would like more variety on the menu and maybe some more up to date offereings. We finished with dessert all 'round and coffee. All of the desserts were great! The service was attentive, while not being intrusive. The restaurant is like the inside of a large log cabin, and is quite nice. The music was eclectic and I would have liked something more consistent, like classical or light jazz all the way through to create a consistent atmosphere. Despite the weather, there were a few other tables of guests there. There's lots of parking. We will go back and try other dishes, and will try lunch sometime too!More

Please note that my review on April 14th didn't mean I was there that day or even around then. It was just the day I added the comments to trip advisor. When it does open you won't be disappointed.
