I have had the Station Grill's food many times.....some meals pre covid, some doing take out during lockdown, most recently dining in for lunch. My 94 year old Aunt wanted to go someplace nice for lunch last week, and we decided on the Station Grill....I was looking forward to it, and I had my covid vaccination card and ID in hand......sadly I was unaware that the regs had changed, and that I needed the official card.....I was disappointed, especially realizing I might spoil my Aunt's lunch out. Davena the manager stepped in, and within 5 minutes I had my official proof of vaccination on my phone....Thanks again, Davena!.....We then had Beef Dips for lunch, something I would highly recommend.....Many restaurants try and serve it......very few get it right.....The Station Grills version is top rate.....everything was fresh and tasty, from the bun, and side salad on down...and the au jus was perfect....beefy, but not too salty( other restaurants use salt as a main flavoring ingredient for their au jus).....My Aunt and I kept raving how good everything tasted.....and we even made room for dessert!(again, very tasty).....Our server was courteous, professional, and polite....and made the meal all the more pleasant.....I cant recommend this restaurant enough....it is fantastic value for the money....everything on the menu is good(best prime rib I have ever had).....and I always come away fat and happy.....More restaurants should follow the Station Grills lead.....More

We are celebrating 22 years since our first date - who knew would make it this far without killing each other?! Since cooking was out as each of us said we had the night off to the other - take out dinner was in order...or...order in take out...either way works. Still can’t order booze this way - but don’t worry - the wife is fully stocked up at home and I’m actually thinking she’s enjoying the pandemic due to a new thing she calls ‘day drinking’ ....sigh Anyways - we shared the chorizo burger with side Mac and cheese - and the Mac and cheese was yummy! I loved the burger but too spicy for my wife ...or maybe the Fireball has fried your tastebuds honey .. We split the steak Oscar and it was very good! The side gnocchi was amaze balls!! The highlight was the raspberry cheesecake - OMG!! They cook with love at this place - and it shows! I was even given a gold coin souvenir. $65 for a full dinner with dessert and leftovers for lunch...no leftover booze mind you ...the wife is licking the cork from the wine bottle ... Highly recommend The Mission Station Grill is you live here or visit! Just hold onto your beer if my wife is at the table next to yours ...More

We have eaten at Mission Station Grill numerous times and always are beyond happy with the restaurant’s food and service. It’s that homey vibe that makes you feel like your eating at a family’s home. The staff are always welcoming and go above and beyond....The last few times they always give you a sample of something to snack on while you wait for your food. The menu is by far the most impressing thing about the place. It’s vast range of food to order from makes you always find that specific craving. We will always see this restaurant as a staple to mission. We recommend this place often as we know anyone who tries it will feel the same way as we do guaranteed.More

If you're looking for a place that takes pride in their food and only uses the freshest ingredients. Then don't go to the Mission Station Grill... there are much better choices in the area. I've tried this place several times hoping that perhaps they would...listen to the bad reviews and make more of an effort. If anything they have gotten worse. I suppose choosing to harass the reviewers rather than fix the problems seemed easier to them. I have found their food ranges for edible to "I have no idea what this is" to "I'm afraid to swallow". They use the cheapest ingredients possible and make odd substitutions that no normal cook would make (unless you're drunk, but still crave a particular dish but your pantry is empty so you "get creative"). Examples of this bizarre "drunk cooking" is a tortilla loaded with cheap canned pie filling and deep fried or lasagna made with spaghetti noodles???? It almost seems like they were given very vague descriptions of what common dishes are supposed to look like. Or perhaps they have taken up some challenge to ruin classic favourites like apple pie & lasagna. So if you like the idea of paying too much for the cheapest ingredients possible made by someone who's given up on caring, served by a waitress who might be as high as kite (happened once), then Mission Station Grill is what you're been looking for. Otherwise, give this place a pass. There's some hidden gems in this area, but this isn't one of them. I wish I had taken a picture of the sad meal we paid over $60 for two, so you could see just what you're missing by going elsewhere.More

How it carries the 2nd spot in Mission for restaurants is extremely confusing. Fresh pasta, sure. I had the pescatore with lobster. My wife, the carbonara with lobster. The pasta itself was ok. The artificial butter in plastic cups for the lobster was confusing. The...meal itself was questionable. We were expecting much more than an ABC level restaurant. ABC would have been a better choice. Less disappointment. Couldn't be bothered to get desert for how bad the meal was. Also, why aren't any of the staff wearing masks? Given most of the clientele is in their 60's, one would think the establishment would want to protect their demographic of customers.More

So sorry you didn't enjoy you meals. We sell lots of Lobster dinners and it comes with real butter and never had any complaints. At the time you were here we were following all protocols and it wasn't mandatory at that time. Thanks for complaining.

I went out for dinner tonight for the first time since restaurants have opened back up again. Mission station has done a wonderful job accommodating for social distancing and keeping things clean. Our server, Davena , provided the best service I've had at a restaurant...thus far. Love this restaurant and will definitely come back.More
