If you're looking for a place that takes pride in their food and only uses the freshest ingredients. Then don't go to the Mission Station Grill... there are much better choices in the area. I've tried this place several times hoping that perhaps they would...listen to the bad reviews and make more of an effort. If anything they have gotten worse. I suppose choosing to harass the reviewers rather than fix the problems seemed easier to them. I have found their food ranges for edible to "I have no idea what this is" to "I'm afraid to swallow". They use the cheapest ingredients possible and make odd substitutions that no normal cook would make (unless you're drunk, but still crave a particular dish but your pantry is empty so you "get creative"). Examples of this bizarre "drunk cooking" is a tortilla loaded with cheap canned pie filling and deep fried or lasagna made with spaghetti noodles???? It almost seems like they were given very vague descriptions of what common dishes are supposed to look like. Or perhaps they have taken up some challenge to ruin classic favourites like apple pie & lasagna. So if you like the idea of paying too much for the cheapest ingredients possible made by someone who's given up on caring, served by a waitress who might be as high as kite (happened once), then Mission Station Grill is what you're been looking for. Otherwise, give this place a pass. There's some hidden gems in this area, but this isn't one of them. I wish I had taken a picture of the sad meal we paid over $60 for two, so you could see just what you're missing by going elsewhere.More

We ordered half the menue and we were not disappointed the food is always amazing here and they even surprised us with one last turkey dinner they managed to scrounge up after they had sold out!! Definitely recommended!

How it carries the 2nd spot in Mission for restaurants is extremely confusing. Fresh pasta, sure. I had the pescatore with lobster. My wife, the carbonara with lobster. The pasta itself was ok. The artificial butter in plastic cups for the lobster was confusing. The...meal itself was questionable. We were expecting much more than an ABC level restaurant. ABC would have been a better choice. Less disappointment. Couldn't be bothered to get desert for how bad the meal was. Also, why aren't any of the staff wearing masks? Given most of the clientele is in their 60's, one would think the establishment would want to protect their demographic of customers.More

We have been regulars at Mission Station Grill for a number of years now and it is the BEST place to dine in the area! The servers are fantastic and the owners have done an amazing job at juggling the pandemic during and on reopening....They are doing a wonderful job at keeping their business going and maintaining very high standards for distancing, cleaning and maintaining a high level of service. And the food! Its always hot and fresh! Keep up the great work!More

I went out for dinner tonight for the first time since restaurants have opened back up again. Mission station has done a wonderful job accommodating for social distancing and keeping things clean. Our server, Davena , provided the best service I've had at a restaurant...thus far. Love this restaurant and will definitely come back.More

We have gone here a few times and have always had a great experience. Awesome staff and delicious food. It's a little dark when you first enter but it adds to the experience.

We went out for a birthday dinner to this place, we had not been here for a couple of years. We decided to have the "Kaiser Schnitzel", the "Godfather 4" and a bowl of clam chowder. The "Kaiser" included crab, prawns, shrimp in hollandaise sauce....A good helping of mashed potatoes, various veggies. The clam chowder was of the "red" style and worth having. The "Godfather 4",lasagna with meatballs, garlic bread, 1/2 rack of short ribs, and Caesar salad. All of it was excellent. The only thing was perhaps the hollandaise was a bit mild.More

What a great dinner for the wife on her birthday. We were seated instantly thanks to our reservations. This place is known to fill up fast on the weekend so book early. Little did we know this place has an italian kitchen serving up fresh...in house pasta! I ordered the chicken mushroom alfredo and the wife ordered baked spinach and cheese ravioli. Our dishes came quick and teased us instantly with their heavenly smells. The first bite of my fettuccini alfredo made me never want dried pasta again. What a treat. The wife's ravioli was tender and full of flavor. If you like fresh basil this dish is calling you. We left with smiles and lunch for the next day. Amazing service and a taste of Italy at the Mission Station Grill. We will be back!More

Went for breakfast this morning. Had an omelette. It was perfect. Nice and fluffy and full of flavour. We also got to try the shepherds pie perogies....OMG!!🥰🥰 they were so full of flavour. The service is awesome. The atmosphere is great. We’ve never had a...bad meal. And we’ve been going since they opened. No need to go across the River for a great meal. If you haven’t been.....what are you waiting for? Everything is made from scratch. None of this fake stuff.More
