Father's Day treat for long-time friends! The restaurant side is still struggling with staff shortages, but the Pub side is going strong! We were fortunate to get one of the few "Experienced Servers", she remembers Pre-COVID and showed appreciation for patrons who recognize how it...takes a long time for the restaurant industry to recover from that. My Buddy always enjoys the larger burgers, in this visit, the "House Special MSBC Burger". . . his wife ventured into the Mushroom Swiss (Top half of the photo that shows my Skillet). "The Skillet" is definitely worth driving out to the Valley for the Treat! Mission is about an hour's drive from Vancouver, for those not familiar with the Fraser Valley in BC. My "Better Half" Really enjoyed the Brewer's Burger... Pulled Pork on top of their House-Special blend of Beef and Pork burger patty. A visit to Mission Springs is not complete until you walk around the entire place and appreciate the effort involved in the Décor! Wooden-wheeled buckboard wagon and an old pickup truck hanging in the rafters... old license plates embedded in the tabletops... antique logging tools of Every description attached everywhere... and more and more!More

We came for the karaoke. Some of us had food, most of us had drinks. VERY DISAPPOINTED that when we spoke up about watered down Patron that was clearly only 1 1/2 ounces when 2 ounces were ordered (and we were being charged for 2...ounces) we were asked to leave. The servers/manager would not admit they were in the wrong and fix their mistake. They then proceeded to ask the table to leave. Then, after we left, and about 10 minutes later they also asked our friends at the adjacent table to leave. None of which even heard the conversation about the incorrect beverage and really had no idea why they were being asked to leave. WE WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER GO BACK!!!More

Drove from another city to this restaurant/pub as we remembered that we had enjoyed their Nachos and drink specials last summer. Attended the restaurant side but patio not yet opened for summer. We went to the non-smoking side out on the patio and appreciated no...smokers even thou we did not see a sign in our section. Our waitress was Delaney and glad. She was friendly, efficient, and came to our table fast. Got our water cups appreciated and special drinks. Ordered Nachos as we like the layers of cheeze between nachos and not just on top. Nice heap also. A good reasonable price helping for two or bigger portion. Good specials on drinks also. We do not like the small crumbled Jalapeno's thou, wish there was a choice for just the green un cooked ones. The mixes of dips were a good portion and Delaney came a few times to see if we wished anything else and this service was appreciated. Coming into the restaurant side you wait for someone to tell you where to go or just keep walking and sit down in the pub side. Little strange, should use a bell for attention. Lots of interesting items of the area to view for sure! Prices are reasonable for food and drinks. Card machines brought to your table which is appreciated also. Enjoyed Delaney's dedicated friendly service to customers and we will come back during summer months for sure!! Longbeach.More

We met several friends here and had lunch on a busy Sunday. The staff was so busy, and yet managed to keep up. The food is excellent, with good sized portions. a few of us took half of the sandwiches home for leftovers. We would...definitely go back.More

After having a long tiring drive back to Mission from Vancouver, traffic tie ups etc. and having to pick up my wife on the way. I glanced at my wife and realized it better be dinner out tonight We had not been to the Springs...for quite a time. And it was on the way. We stopped there and had fish and chips and my too our delight the were scrumptious, served nicely by a cheerful waitress. Along with the house lager it was a great meal and just what two tired elders needed. This restaurant is unique and an interesting place to visit. Yes, it's old but it still has a whole lot of atmosphere. My advice is to give it a try, I know you wont be disappointedMore

The day we were there the patio was closed because of the heat. It is a typical pub, very noisy and busy. It is also very dark inside. They do allow families with children which I found very surprising. We had just returned home from...a driving trip and were looking for a light meal and did not want to spend a great deal of money. The service was average. It took awhile to place our order. I had an order of chicken wings that were $15.00 husband had a hamburger that was over $21.00. The food was good but this is not an upscale restaurant and the food is seriously overpriced when the venue is taken into consideration. It is unlikely that we would return as the food is overpricedMore

We drove around the area as from another city and decided to try this restaurant/pub as it was 2pm Jul 01 and we were hungry. Went in the restaurant side and told by a girl that restaurant patio closed to go to the pub patio....We waited but girls were busy I guess so sat down at a table which was not cleaned and had dirty dishes. Waited and we put the dishes to one side, table needed cleaning as pizza all over. Finally waitress came, asked for water and drinks. The table was not wiped and the menu's were not cleaned. We ordered a big nachos. We had been here one year ago and nachos were then piled, cheese, in layers and all one color. This time just a mixture of all colors and not in layers. The taste was just not there as before. We ordered drinks again but it took a long long while and finally Tanis came and we again asked for drinks and water. She said oh yes! We were almost finished our meal. I am allergic to nicotine smoke and there were five people smoking around our table most of the time. This was uncomfortable and which we had seating at the other non smoking patio. We waited a long time for her to come and give us the bill, finally did. Was not that crowed inside, but must be a employee issue. We go out a lot each week to restaurants and pubs but expected better food and service.More

We live near here and get points from the beer store that goes towards food discounts. So we have ordered a fair bit, but no more!! I must say that I have never had a good meal there. The salad is a bag from Safeway...with a chicken breast on it. The pizza is floppy, half cooked, and so salty it's almost in edible. The fish and chips are a greasy overly battered mess!! I am never eating there again. Oh and not to mention the cheap pour on the cocktails. I'll be buying at the BCLC from now on!More

My parent came to town and wanted to take us out for dinner. We decided to go to the Springa which used to be awesome and then really mediocre so we hadn’t been in a long time. Our meals were awesome. You can tell things...are fresh and made from scratch. I had the crispy chicken burger and a side salad. Every bite was absolutely delicious. My chicken burger was a huge juicy chicken breast hand breaded. It stuck out both sides of the bun! New menu is incredible-go check it out-so happy the Springs is awesome again!More

Loved the vibe in the restaurant and was nostalgic for lots of reasons! My uncle brought me here to have lunch together. Having only been in the country 3 weeks it’s safe to say it’s made a lasting impression and I will be revisiting. Great...service, the homemade root beer was delicious and the pizza was fantastic and 5 dollars off the price as all the pizzas were on special! Looking forward to my next visit.More

We phoned as from another city, but told don't worry lots of room now. Arrived in good time, 4pm Jun 20 and a girl took us to the patio. We had not even sat down and she left us. Table not wiped, pizza on it,...and big pieces on the floor. Asked Delanie from another section and she stated you were given this table, as not cleaned, or sanitized! She wiped the table down. Waited for some time for water and our special drinks, Lynne came and we ordered. Got water first, waited and later got drinks. We ordered food, notches' ect. This time chips heaped in middle but hardly no cheese. We wanted more drinks after finished and waited a very long time. Lynne stated got busy, kitchen very busy. Waited again too long time for the card machine as she had gone pasted a few times. Friendly reliable service seems to be lacking here. Patio nice with view of river, kids have play ground, and tables spaced due to covid. They have happy hour, which helps as food a little high here. Should be more waitresses as told busy and only three for Fathers Day! Uncertain if we will go here in near future. (GAK).More

This place is a joke. If only I could give it minus ⭕️ The food is disgusting and over priced not to mention served by rude, lazy staff. It sure has gone down hill. I would recommend Sistos pub over this awful, dirty poor example...of a restaurant/pub. Skip this place. 👎🏻More

I know that times have been tough for the hospitality industry but it should be even more important to keep up standards if you wish to keep your customer base. Tonight, my wife and I visited the Mission Springs for the first time since the...Covid outbreak. Although half the restaurant was closed off, the remainder was just about full wit, I believe, just two servers working the tables. That said, the service was the best part of this dining experience. Club soda was $3.00 per glass, a burger was $19.50 and the fish, which was once Cod or Halibut was now haddock; one piece plus chips $16.00. I regard this as being overpriced for what we received, although - in fairness - my wife enjoyed her meal. It is also worth mentioning that the servers were meticulous in cleaning the tables between customers. Overall, a disappointing outing.More
