this place opens at 0730 a little late for those going to work the service is okay and the drive through is busy

Love Starbucks coffee but the customer service at the MeritT location is unacceptable. Went through the drive through tried to order at the menu board - no one answered. Drive up to the window the staff saw the vehicle yet did not even bother opening...the window. Finally after honking a male aggressively opens the window and yells that the drive through is closed. Advised him that a sign should be placed to advise your customers. He yells at me there is and slams the window. Well that is one Starbucks I will never go back to. Horrible customer service.More

If you tell them you got a wrong drink, or that something is wrong they will make you a new drink, no questions asked. Sometimes you go there and you are in and out like that with great customer service, other times you will be...wait upwards of 15 minutes for your items with little to no customer engagement. Starbucks is easy, you know what to expect, and almost always the food is great.More

2 coffees and a hot chocolate. 10 minutes in que, 15 minutes after ordering we received our coffees. Well prepared, nice staff, dirty location. Unimpressed.

Coffee was decent and service was fairly fast but this one staff working was extremely rude to everyone, quite unnecessarily.

Nothing bad to say about this at all. They were busy but didn't skimp on service. Better than many Starbucks I've visited.

While Starbucks cafes are usually known for cleanliness this one had 3 unisex washrooms which were extremely clean. The service provided by the 3 barristers was great and always complemented with a smile .

We apologize to the local, privately-owned coffee shops, but we are a Starbucks family. We did visit the coffee/bagel shop here in town, and it was good, but we also hit Starbucks a couple times. It has had a refurb, so it is as good...as any other modern Starbucks location. We were appreciative that the staff suggested a special defense concoction (unofficially dubbed a medicine-ball). It made our son feel much better.More

I usually do drive thru, they are always friendly and the coffee is always fresh, hot and great. Their treats are all amazing, and I like most the breakfast sandwiches.

Stopped for drinks and muffin/slice. There is a distinct lack of options for non-coffee drinkers at Starbucks. My wife likes her coffee but I do not drink coffee or tea so have to have soft drink or juice. We had a muffin and slice and...they were nice. But my wife said it was the worst coffee she had ever had. There was lots of foam on the cappuccino with half being airy and half creamy but she said the coffee was almost undrinkable. Had horrible flavor and was very bitter. Will try Tim Hortons next time.More
