We were just passing through Merritt and stopped for gas at the nearby Esso. The ladies walked over to DQ and bought all four of us a medium cone each. Delicious, especially on a hot summer day.

This is a good pit-stop on the drive from Kamloops to Vancouver. There is adequate parking and a good variety of food for on-the-go eating. We usually get the GrillBurger combos or the chicken strip baskets and there are different sauces... sweet & sour, buffalo, flame thrower, honey mustard.

I had a Mushroom/Swiss burger and my husband had the combo to eat IN.
Our order arrived at the table minus the fries that go along with the Combo. They were delivered to our table quickly. The order came in a bag for a TAKEOUT. Is something wrong with the ears of the person taking the order?? Apart from that the food was good and the glassed in solarium is a very pleasant place to sit.

Great Covid restrictions. Staff friendly and food was good. Social distancing was done and every other table was blocked off to ensure proper protocols

Lots of parking. Qued up but only for a few minutes. Ordered the $7 burger combo. Order delivered to the table 5 minutes later. Good food and service.

Stopped in on my way to Kamloops. Flamethrower burger came out hot and under 4 minutes. Service was quick and friendly.

Have visited in the summer and winter both and the food is always great and HOT! I like my french fries hot and several fast food restaurants do not meet my expectations. Very friendly and willing to please and are just great with kids. Huge playground indoors where you can safely leave the little ones or sit and watch as they enjoy so many very cool "up in the air" activities all enclosed in a safe play room with tinted windows so you never miss a thing. We have had take out also and that too was very good and we got our order just as it was placed and in record time. Staff even offered my puppy a glass of ice water when we went through the drive thru! Very efficient staff who all appear to be well trained. We really enjoy our visits in this multi level DQ. Large enough that 6 adults were able to have a lovely dinner while a Birthday party for a 7 year old took place. Everything just seems right about this place including the price and quality of food!

The MOST worst drive through customer service experience. I went through the drive through and the person placing the order must of had a rough day and decided to make it rough on someone else. I told her my order, but she didn't listen to me the first time nor the second time. AFTER she got frustrated due to her incompetence she yelled at me " THAN WHAT CAN I GET YOU!?" i repeated my order for the third time hint my order was simple, if your not ready to take my order than DON'T take my order i could of waited and if you couldn't hear me you should of asked for me to speak up. Didn't even get my receipt and if your having a bad day don't offer to do the drive through. 6/18/18 around 7:30. i work in a customer service if you don't leave your attitude at home than don't go to work.

We placed our order asking for 2 dressings for each salad...made sure we said "extra" did not get it so asked for it but were told that we had to pay extra...we had gone thru the till to place our order so do not know why it was not on there. They would not give it to us. We had planned on get peanut buster parfaits after....but left instead. Will not be going there again!

Waited in line for 5 to 10 minutes to place our order. We opted to order dessert at the same time as our combo meal because of the counter wait. The sundaes were handed to us immediately. But the wait for our meal order was even longer than waiting to order, so our sundae's were melting by the time we finished our burgers. Weird service. The sundaes should have been made when the rest of the meal was ready,

It's been a family fave for years and since we drive through to Kelowna and Kamloops quite often, it is very convenient. The only challenge is it's a hit and miss on how busy this place can be. The food is good and fresh. The burgers with a julius is great during a road trip. The play area can sometimes be a gong show, but it's great for kids to stretch their legs and let out some steam.

DQ is just like most DQ's out there. Stopped here on my way to Princeton and there was a really long line up, but staff worked very fast and got in everyone's orders.

He blamed it on the chicken grill sandwich and fries. I don't know about that. I had a Choco extreme blizzard which was quite delicious but extremely filling. Next time I will order the baby size.

Stopped in on the way home and had a cheeseburger combo. Asked for salad instead of fries and payed a small up charge, but the whole meal was still less than $8. Fast and friendly service and the place was mostly clean with the exception of a few recently vacated tables. The burger and salad were both quite tasty. Thanks

Whenever we camp at Monck Provincial Park, we take a drive to this DQ when it gets really hot.
The ice cream treats and onion rings are perfection. The kids play area is a bonus. The service is quick and thoughtful.
The line-up area is cramped and the lower seating area is too hot.
