Ordered the Chipotle steak bowl which has recently become a favorite. Opened the lid to discover only half the amount of food compared to other locations serving this item. Went through the drive thru , gave us wrong donut , large sandwich wasn’t cut in half , way to much mayonnaise it was leaking out everywhere . Such a mess and was just thrown together , weak coffee as well . I just went through the drivethru at the MERRITT TIM HORTONS, I got a DRIED OUT BUN with my chili, and TimBits are all DRIED OUT too!!! This isn't the first time I've gotten dried out products from this store. Or they can't get my...order right, I used to go there every morning for my coffee and bagel, now I go to the local coffee shop and get my breakfast there, they even make their own HOMEMADE Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese. But this morning, I was up the hill anyway and thought, "What the hey? I'll give Tim Hortons another try?" BIg Mistake!!!More
Armstrong, B.C. Decaf coffee weak, tasted like hot water with cream in it. Have had it other places and it tastes strong and good. My husband had dark roast and he said his tasted weak as well. Went back in and complained, they gave me...another cup of coffee, but it tasted the same. Will not go back there.More
This food and drink establishment is SO dirty! Floors, windows, especially washrooms! Obviously no cleaning has gone on in a LONG time! One has to wonder what the food prep area is like! Come on you guys, is this the best we can expect?
We frequent this timhortons as we are passing through Merritt. The drive thru line will be as long as the McDonald’s line but you will be stuck in the timmies drivethru far longer. The worlds are in such a hurry throwing your food out the...window at you they will be annoyed when you tell them you are missing an item. I have never been parked at a tim Horton’s other than this location. If you ask for no tomatoes expect tomatoes, they talk to fast through the speaker box and after every item say is that everything. they need to slow down and work on customer relations, not just trying to get by as fast and poorly as possibly. Ice Capps here and extra runny and most drinks are poorly mixed.More
I ordered my meals through the app and went to pick them up, the restaurant was closed and the drive thru as well. This was a 24 hour tim hortons. It was at 10:13 pm and I saw employees in the location and i was...able to get there attention and when questioned the response was we are closed and I was unable to obtain a refund. I returned the following morning as instructed by the corporate office. The employee at the time still refused to refund me my 23$$ even after I recited what I had been told by the corporate office. HOW MANY TIMES HAS THIS LOCATION DONE THIS TO PEOPLE???? BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION SO THEY GET THE MESSAGE THAT CANADIANS WILL NOT STAND FOR THIS !!!More
We stopped for lunch at Tim’s in Merritt and we’re disappointed to find the dining room closed due to a forest fire evacuation alert. So, with apprehension, we decided to do the drive through, figuring that it would take forever to get our order. We...were pleasantly surprised to see how fast the queue moved; they took our orders accurately and quickly and our order came up quickly. Cold breakfast sandwich and hash browns, coffee tasted like it was reheated in the microwave. Didn’t find out until I was back on the road. Not stopping there again. McDonald’s next time.
Give that soup & sandwich lady a raise or a gold star at least. I saw her do like 8 orders within a minute, and you need that efficiency in the fast food industry!
My son and I were on our way to the Vancouver Airport at 4am and a ice cap stop with some breakfast was definitely needed. I drove into the drive thru and started to laugh when Brandon's voice came thru the speaker saying he didn't...think I'd drive thru with my Camaro.... he was just so friendly and it instantly made our day. We were so busy chatting and laughing that I left without the ice cap... turned back around to go back thru the drive thru only this time I got to make him laugh as I asked if he missed us. It's always wonderful to see people who enjoy their job. :D Food was good... service was excellent... will definitely be driving thru every time we go thru Merritt. Thanks Brandon. ;)More
Fast service, great coffee. Just what you have come to expect from Tim Hortons. I went through the drive-thru and was given prompt courteous service.
We quite frequently drive to Vancouver from the Okanagan and really enjoy having lunch or just a coffee in Merritt. We stop there now for many, many years. Since the new owner has taken over these stops become an absolute delight. The staff there is...the most attentive and friendly of all Tim Horton’s we have ever been to, including those we visited during our travels through provinces in the East of Canada. I really think this should be recognized and the owner/manager should get a high five for his staff.More
We stopped here on our way from Kamlops to BANFF for a Cofee. After a fairly long drive it is always nice to stop by at a place where you are familiar with and also know what to expect. We had some Cookies,Hot Chocalate and...Cofee. Nice PlaceMore
