It used to be better! The people were much friendlier before. Not sure what happened but a lot of new staff, and as a result, poor service, and food quality. I don’t even want to go there anymore after the last few times. The staff...are mostly unfriendly and then you get your food and coffee and are extremely disappointed. My large coffee was only filled 2/3 full that last few times. My son has food allergies so we order him a sausage patty, an egg, and a slice of cheese in the middle. They put the cheese on the outside so it melted to the package and was not edible. Every time I get a breakfast sandwich there it looks like it was slapped together by a toddler. The egg and meat and cheese are halfway out the biscuit, which is cut extremely thin on one side and extremely thick on the other. It’s just not good anymore… I don’t like writing bad reviews but you gotta step it up Tim Hortons Invermere!More

There were about 8 people ahead of us and we waited 35 minutes in line, with long pauses between each customer being served. As someone mentioned on google reviews, the drive thru gets priority. Had we known this, we would have left, as some other...people did. To add fuel to the fire - when we were next, we stepped up to the open till and waited for the clerk to return. After another long pause, a clerk showed up at the next till and took the people behind us in line, completely ignoring us. We would have pointed out that other people were before us, but not these people. Lacking common decency, they scurried like rats up to the till and ordered. And the clerk, lacking common sense, served them. One of the worst Tim Hortons, poorly run.More

Very disappointed went to Tim’s two morning back to back and both times order was missing items. Was served wrong items or incomplete items such as a bacon croissant breakfast sandwich with no bacon. What a let down

I have heard of Tim Horton's but only had a muffin and hot chocolate at the airport in Vancouver around midnight a week earlier so I was glad to have a chance to try their lunch menu. It was very tasty and I really enjoyed...it. Their beverage menu had a nice variety of teas and coffees and chocolate to compliment the food they serve. Service was speedy, friendly and polite. We drove here to have lunch while visiting Fairmont Hot Springs. Food is the same as any other Tim Horton except the potato wedges could be a little more crispy. As another reviewer stated the staff are not friendly, I kinda agree. It’s the only...Tim Horton in the area so you don’t have much of a choice if you want coffee and quick lunch.More

Good time here on my last visit. The food here tastes good just like any restaurant in this franchise, as well as the staff being decent. Though the lines are very long here I still had a great experience with my family here.

We had breakfast at the Tim Horton's in Invermere and the breakfast was fresh. Our hot and cold drinks were well prepared and we had a great breakfast in our vehicle!. We had to go to our vehicles because of the number of bugs flying...around in the restaurant. It was quite uncomfortable for the kids and we wish the restaurant could have done more to address the issue.More

I like Tim Horton's. I probably buy coffee and snack two times a week at a Tim Horton's. Some are super, some are average and occasionally they are terrible. I would rate this Tim Horton's as super. The inside line moved quickly, the staff were...friendly and efficient. My order was pretty hot for a Tim Horton's egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. I liked that the man preparing the sandwiches would yell when an order was up. Nothing sat there longer than a few seconds once he let the staff know that it was ready. Everyone looked clean as did the tables inside. I would return to this Tim's again.More

Drove here from Redstreak campground for a coffee this morning. Everything seems to be running smoothly as the line moves quickly. A usually busy place by the looks of it.
