This restaurant provides a healthy alternative to the usual fast food menu. The food is made fresh and there are many choices for low carbs or veggie diets. The service is quick and you can sit-in or take out.

Love the daily specials. They are always unique and tasty. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a quick, delicious lunch. My girlfriends and I often meet up here for a snack and fancy coffee. London Fog teas are delish! You order at the counter and find a seat. Servers bring food and drinks directly to your... More

Great food made with fresh ingredients! Best part for me is it is open at 6am so I can eat a good breakfast and still be at work by 630!

As a person with multiple food allergies including gluten I have never had a problem here. They are great, friendly and accommodating. That being said if you have a severe allergy you should know that there is always a cross contamination risk at any restaurant no matter how careful they are. Always make sure you see them write gluten allergy... More

My lunch was tasty, service was friendly. Feels like a "big city" coffee shop, it is a busy spot. I will definitely be back the next time I am in Fort St. John!

Confirmed multiple times that my food would be gluten free. After I started eating a server came and informed me the dressing had gluten in it. I am completely appalled and... More
