Due to my line of work, I travel a lot between provinces here in Canada, so I have experiences at different restaurants, but the experience at Saigon Noodless in Fort St. John BC, wasn't the best. Vietnamese food is very tasty and I love it,...but the food at this particular location is very simple and has no taste at all. My first and only time going to that restaurant. I'm not cheap at all, but way to pricy for a bowl of boiled water with some noodles and no taste at all.More
Heard about this restaurant's great food and decided to try it out. I went with a friend who is a regular here. I ordered the Curry Stir fry Vermicelli and my friend had the Pad Thai stir fry. We both ordered bubble teas. The owner...is a regular customer to my workplace and so they decided not to charge for the tea orders. This was a pleasant surprise and a nice first impression. The wait time for the food was not very long. I did have a sample of my friend's dish and it tasted really amazing. It will be my order next time I visit. My Curry order was nice and spicy. The bubble tea was also great tasting. A great first time experience. Food is affordable, good value for money and tasty. Will definitely visit again.More

A couple friends suggested this place for lunch, I had never been there before. I've lived in fsj for about 2 years and finally found a good thai food place. The pad Thai was amazing I'll be back
Came here for lunch while working in Fort St. John. I tend to frequent Vietnamese restaurants in Greater Vancouver which isn't a fair comparison. For something so far north in BC, it was good. It was also a welcome respite from fast food, pub food,...and restaurant chains. Lunch was a vermicelli bowl with spring roll and grilled pork. It was decent. The only thing they could have done better was the dipping sauce. The flavour could have been adjusted better to be more balanced between the sour, sweet and fish sauce funky.More
Best Pho I have had since Vietnam. The broth is fantastic. Eating in has the right spices. I will be back.
I meet here with a friend on Monday evening every couple of weeks before we go to a movie. I usually order the same thing, a number 20. Chicken or shrimp. It’s a plate of delicious thin noodles with soy sauce and cut up vegetables....It’s really delicious.More

I always get the lemongrass pork noodle bowl or shrimp pad thai. The salad rolls are good as well. Very tasty I come here a lot. The only thing I would change is some fresh basil or cilantro or some kind of herbs to add...some zest. Nice atmosphere.More
Had a cold, needed good "brothy" chicken soup - found it here! Maybe not the best ambiance as the the TV's are going and the tea is served in plastic cups (yikes for a germ-a phobe) but I felt immediately grateful for the soup. They...do seem proud of the food they serve.More
I really enjoy stopping by for a quick lite bite here. The food is always so good. My favourite is the beef stew or #5-Lemon Grass Pork/noodles/spring rolls. Yum!
I had a business lunch at Saigon Noodles a few weeks ago. The food came out quickly and it was clear that it was fresh. I had the chicken egg noodle meal. The staff was friendly and I'm going to return. While its not a...big deal and has no bearing my my rating I do wish the location was better. I find the congestion down at the mall especially with all of the local construction this summer makes it a bit frustrating to get to. I think you guys would do well in a stand alone or away from the mall but that is just my two cents!More
Great customer service, everyone is friendly and the Pad Thai is delicious. We order from here at lunch and its always busy so if in a hurry call first. Great place!
Food was cheaply made for what I got. Not impressed at all at what I got. Vermicelli bowl has a tomato a cucumber and lettuce for veggies. Pretty gross
This is an amazing Vietnamese noodle house. The owners gave us a tour of their kitchen. They made the soup from scratch, having a big pot on 24/7 for the beef bone based broth, and a relatively smaller pot to add herbs and spices daily...to the broth to make the soup base for the various type of soup noodles. We tried their Taiwanese style beef soup noodle and the Vietnamese Pho, spring roll, and Chow Mien. They are delicious, no MSG. A great restaurant!More
