We have visited this restaurant many times. We decided to go for wings night. We have not been there for a few months. We ordered our delicious wings. We had a couple of doubles. We got our bill and we were shocked. Wings were $7...a pound now $10. Our doubles were usually $8 now $14. We were shocked. Our family bill is usually $70-$95. For 5 people. We won't be back it's not affordable anymoreMore

The staff are the crown jewel of this cozy restaurant. They are attentive and fun, with a great family-like dynamic. The food selection is impressive and unexpected with plenty of variety including upscale items such as their prosciutto scallops. They execute well. All menu items...I tried were cooked to perfection. It doesn’t look fancy but don’t let that fool you, this place is highly recommended for a fantastic meal with family and/or friends.More

The staff are friendly and the seafood chowder is the best (if not currently the only) in town. Mondays are wings and rib ends for $7.00 and also a special on certain beers. The Chipotle Raspberry wings are my favourite!

Whenever we want to go out for a special meal we choose Roustabouts. We find the staff very efficient and the food always great. Their Cobb salad and fish chowder are the best n town.

A group (5) from the US were traveling in our private aircraft from Fairbanks AK back to the lower 48. Landed at Ft.St. John BC and discovered this gem of a restaurant next to our hotel. It had been recommended to us by the hotel...and the manager Scott. It was delightful from the time we walked in. Our party has very different tastes and food requirements. A vegetarian, 2 on a (no card) / gluten diet and 2 unrestricted eaters. This facility managed to satisfy all of our needs and more. The wait staff was pleasant and patient. The cooks were very helpful and prepared the food perfectly. It was a great evening for all.More

Rolled into town on Thursday night and headed to Roustabouts for dinner. I had the Guinness BBQ burger. It was delicious. Fries were good too. Others in our party ordered lasagna and they enjoyed it immensely. They have a good kid's menu too.

Came in on a quiet Thursday. Burgers on special but had the dorito chicken and fettuccine. Kind of a chicken parm dish. Something different. Tasted good. Great service.

Everyone got what they had ordered. Waitress was great at always refilling our drinks. We were a large group of 12 - made reservations, it took a long time to receive our food, just over 1hr. Customers arriving after us were getting their order before...we got ours...More
