Whenever we want to go out for a special meal we choose Roustabouts. We find the staff very efficient and the food always great. Their Cobb salad and fish chowder are the best n town.

To all the staff thanks so much and your a great team. The service was amazing on point,perfect in every way I mean all those ppls serving har tending all the staff I could see where so friggen great . The food was good I...had the special half rack and spaghetti rib meat was fall off the bone moist and meaty the spaghetti was greasy not sausy and 2 out of 3 meat balls were ok but nothing great. One was dry small and burnt looking.wither way it was really good place and I would return.More

A group (5) from the US were traveling in our private aircraft from Fairbanks AK back to the lower 48. Landed at Ft.St. John BC and discovered this gem of a restaurant next to our hotel. It had been recommended to us by the hotel...and the manager Scott. It was delightful from the time we walked in. Our party has very different tastes and food requirements. A vegetarian, 2 on a (no card) / gluten diet and 2 unrestricted eaters. This facility managed to satisfy all of our needs and more. The wait staff was pleasant and patient. The cooks were very helpful and prepared the food perfectly. It was a great evening for all.More

Rolled into town on Thursday night and headed to Roustabouts for dinner. I had the Guinness BBQ burger. It was delicious. Fries were good too. Others in our party ordered lasagna and they enjoyed it immensely. They have a good kid's menu too.

Totally tasty and presumably more local than Brown's. a decent beer and burger joint and one of the best in town.

Came in on a quiet Thursday. Burgers on special but had the dorito chicken and fettuccine. Kind of a chicken parm dish. Something different. Tasted good. Great service.

Everyone got what they had ordered. Waitress was great at always refilling our drinks. We were a large group of 12 - made reservations, it took a long time to receive our food, just over 1hr. Customers arriving after us were getting their order before...we got ours...More

Honesty I don't think we will be back. The waitress was very pleasant and the restaurant nice enough but the food lacked. The Doritos crusted chicken Alfredo was dry chicken and oily pasta with little actual sauce. What was there sunk to the bottom of...the bowl. The breadsticks was nice but felt store brought. The cod and chips had a great coleslaw but the cod was flat and thin and we ended asking for an extra piece. The chips were nice but the gravy seemed to be prepackaged. The Singapore street wok was beautifully presented but way too spiced. I could not eat it. Overall very disappointing for a restaurant rated as #4.More

Had been here with just a few people and once or twice with a party (10-14) and even when it was busy always had good service. Recently went with just one other person on a not busy Tuesday evening - we were kind of forgotten....Had to flag our waitress down and not only could she not answer a couple of simple questions about the menu (or politely say she'd check on it and come back) but she never did clear the empty bottles from our table, it was kind of annoying, not typical and kind of a drag as it was the first time I'd taken this friend there after a few better experiences.More

The food is always great. The atmosphere is wonderful, with big screen TV's for the sports minded and music playing for relaxing. The service was excellent.

I hadn't been here in a long time. Friendly server always checking on me. Good Monday night specials including $5 drafts and $7 rib tips. On the high side of prices. I ordered the Yorkshire puddings which were ok although the beef wasn't particularly tender....Lots of selection on the menu with unique choices. Will try again.More
