We were on our way out of town when I saw this inviting, funky shack on the waterfront with weather-worn tables and patio umbrellas. We couldn't resist stopping and had more fun drinking espresso and visiting with the vivacious owner/operator Kim and some of her regular guests. If we lived in Campbell River, we would be here nearly every day.... More

Both times I went I was with 3 or more people & we had no problem finding seating. Sit inside or out around the fire pit. Relaxing both times. A huge bonus for me is that they don't play background music. Many coffee shops, restaurants & grocery stores do & I find it distracts from the conversation. Both visits were... More

The best London Fogg I have ever had! It was a very stormy day, the fireplace was on and I enjoyed 2 large cups of their London Fogg while catching up with a friend. I can only imagine what it is like on a beautiful summer day as it's located right on the ocean!

Great place to sit outside by the fire and watch for whales in the Straight between Quadra Island and Campbell River.

Past this on the road to our hotel and just had to turn around and stop for a coffee. There was a fire pit and locals and tourists just relaxing with a coffee enjoying the view.

What a great cheeky name. We just had to go when we heard it and were not disappointed. As it is on the shore there are great views over the water.

This is a fun little cafe to stop and have a coffee, chat with the locals and enjoy sitting at the Oceanside amidst driftwood and giant rocks. Good choice of cookies etc and specialty coffees.

Unique, has coffees and teas beverages, brings in muffins and pies from Daves bakery. Often someone just jamming on the gutair by the fire pit. Has music nights on Wed, in the spring and summer. Local music students come in to Jam and others too. Has great Ice Cream also.

We've passed this rustic little cafe countless times, noting its popularity with locals and passers-by. No fog this afternoon, but I ducked in anyway. Great ambience beside the Salish Sea, with its flotsam of washed-up timber and logs, many of which I suspect end up in that welcome firepit, which is now drying my soaked jeans legs (I did retrieve...
