The Ruben in expensive sandwich was huge with loads of homemade bread and homemade sauerkraut and mustard and meat, pickles, onions etc. Also, bought the yeast bread donuts which were to die for , just like my mama used to make., not greasy. Also bought...the grainy cookies and the ginger snap cookies which I can't articulate how good they were also. But, I will try. Just heaven,!!! not greasy, just wholesome food . The Reuben of all Reuben Sandwiches! This place is our go to every-time we visit CR and it never disappoints! There is usually a line but the wait is worth it! The cheese is grilled into your bread which makes this sandwich a 10/10!

Mini quiche were tasty, scone was huge and delicious, good coffee and the bread was fresh and crispy - altogether a resounding winner!

We enjoyed a bowl of excellent tasty Hungarian goulash and a Montreal smoked beef with all types of adds on a sour dough fresh bread. We shared because serving was very large. With coffee was just under $20.00. Great lunch. Definitely go again.

Cream of asparagus soup with spinach was wonderful. Large serving as well. Dave's Rueben was the best and biggest I have ever had. Bring your appetite and an empty stomach. ENJOY!!

My wife and I where visiting my hometown for the fall this year and decided to make a trip up to echo lake to do a bit of trout fishing while we where there we had the very fortunate pleasure of meeting the owner (on...e of the Dave’s) fathers out fishing we chatted a good 3-4 hours and i tell ya what a pleasant gentleman that absolutely complimented this trip he told us of his sons bakery (dave’s) and the very next day we found our way down here to say it was fantastic is a understatement everything we tried was done to perfection the service was wonderful everyone was smiling and happy to be here and the food was delightful we have always found our way up to steiners but after finding this place steiners is a thing of the past. Don’t go anywhere Dave’s your doing it right !More

Tucked behind a flowering garden shop, this place is appealing to the eyes as well as the stomach. The pretzels, chai tea square and salted caramel chocolate shortbread ball were all delicious. Must visit CR bakery.

We had ordered some sandwiches to go for a hike at Elk Falls Suspension Bridge. There were ALL very delicious and the bread ever so fresh! We ordered some mini donuts for the kids too and I regretted not getting any for myself. Plenty of...goodies in stock here and would highly recommend a visit if you are craving a snack, lunch, both or more. Very friendly and helpful staff! I was on the Highway south from Campbell and needed a break. I noticed Dave's Bakery marked on my Google maps rating them high. A fine selection on hand crafted sandwiches to pick from but I really wanted coffee with some sweets. My driver had...a doughnut and rated it the best of the year or even ever. I myself had been eying Croissants, looking Devine but after having Croissants in Paris, I generally get discouraged. I have a blueberry and also d stuffed Croissant anyway and had been delighted. Crunchy outside and delicious and moist but not too most inside. Never had a croissant stuffed that amazing. And the coffee itself was good too. I strongly recommend a drop by whenever you get close. And though we only had few items, but what I saw and by the popularity I doubt you be disappointed. Thank you Dave and DavidMore

Very disappointed to see the lack of physical distancing in this bakery. The place was packed! I live in a place where the local bakery allows in three customers at a time. I’ll be going over to thank them. The sandwich was very good but...the environment was not.More

Scrumptious, very fresh tasting sandwiches made to order. The thick cut multigrain sourdough bread could have been an enjoyable meal on its own, but with the addition of deli meats and a variety of other toppings, including various very fresh veggies the big sandwiches looked...almost too good to eat. Fortunately we didn’t restrain ourselves! If we’d realized how big the sandwiches were we’d not have added a big cookie each to our to-go bag. ;>)More
