I am big Thai food fan. This small place on East Hastings is something I never knew it existed. It looks small, but it's very comfortable inside. The staff is so friendly and helpful that they will help you make your choices for the food order. Food order comes very fast and it is so tasty that it give you... More

Was here the other day for lunch with a friend. He ordered a chicken cashew plate and me my favorite pad thai and salad roll. The pad thai didn't have much flavor despite asking for medium 'heat'. Their peanut sauce was perhaps the best I had ever had...and served warm...yum!!! The service the day we were there was extremely slow.... More

My spouse and I had lunch at Thai Cafe in North Burnaby. I was about to go for a green curry when my spouse noticed a dish on the back of the lunch menu called Khao Soi: egg noodles with chicken and bean sprouts in a coconut curry. The menu indicated this is a northern Thai dish, which caught my... More

Six of us ate here tonight for the first time and we were all very impressed with pretty much everything we ate including: Pad See-Ew (noodle dish), pineapple fried rice, calamari, coconut rice, Massaman curry, Tom yum soup. The Thai iced tea was standard - typically very sweet with sweetened condensed milk. The pineapple fried rice was good, but not... More

It was lunch time so I ordered the prawn red curry (spring roll and soup included) for $11. My lunch was as expected for a neighborhood Thai restaurant

I think this Thai cafe is one of the ordinary Thai restaurant. Beacuse, there are plenty of Thai restaurant in Vancouver. If you are lodged in there nearby hotel It's okay..

Best Thai anywhere. Unassuming and simple location but fantastic food and quick. The tastes here challenge any of the upscale Thai Restaurants.

Worst pad thai ever. It was basically just noodles, like the ones that are usually a side in normal asian restaurants, not even particularly tasty, for more than $10. We took a "prawn" pad thai for $3 more, the only meat there was in the whole dish was exactly four small (frozen?) shrimps... Completely ridiculous, given that you have tons... More

Very good Thai restaurant in this neighbourhood. I used to come here for a lunch menu only, but it's become my dinner destination now as well. The best Pad Thai I've ever tried in the metro Vancouver area. Their Green Curry is also very tasty. Do not miss an opportunity to try out their Thai Iced Tea.
