ELEMENTS CAFE, Burnaby

I went in to the cafe because I parked out front of there cafe and went and visited Telus beside them for exactly 35 minutes. The cafe put a sticker on my window asking me to not park there. Completely understood. Feeling bad about this,...I walked in and ordered a expensive flat white coffee with oat milk and an extra shot. Paid $6.50. Reasonable price for the coffee I like. The lady then presided to tell me I was parked out front for over an hour, and I offered to show her what time I showed up on google maps, and she wouldn’t have it. She made my coffee, and forgot the oat milk. That’s fine, people make mistakes. She took it back, and made another coffee for me. All the while I was very polite. I added the 2 sugars I like in the coffee, stirred it up. And left. I tasted the coffee 10 minutes later, it is a drip coffee, with no oat milk. I am a coffee snob in the fact I love to drink coffee, and throughly enjoy it! I’m am saddened by the results in the end. Her stubbornness, and service to sneak me a drip coffee, which in turn I did not enjoy what so ever, it’s to bad is all....More

Great Cafe

if you need a sit down or on the go, this is a great spot. lots of sandwich options, coffee and desserts. even better for the breakfast goers, comfort food thats fast

Awesome Neighborhood Coffee Shop

Love my morning coffee this week. The folks are great. Coffee bar is excellent. Good food too. I appreciate your hospitality.

Rotton food.

I ordered a wrap and the chicken was green and smelly also the package of ketchup they gave had gone bad. I'll be in touch with the health inspectors. Absolutely disgusting..and very expensive.

Quick coffee - lovely staff

Was staying at the Accent Inn next door for a night and wanted a good coffee. Where I would go usually was about a 10 minutes drive - hotel staff recommended Elements Cafe at the end of the parking lot. I was not disappointed. Great...coffee with very friendly service.More

Great little cafe

I often run in for lunch and I just have to come into the door and don't even have to say what I want. The staff really remembers customers' orders! The food is fresh and if you want a special sandwich, they are quickly done....They really are a staple in our business park!More

Very friendly

A really nice friendly environment. They say hi as soon as you walk in the door. It's very clean and Lots of nice looking food to choose from. I had the blueberry,cranberry scone and even though it wasn't made here it was fresh and tasteful....I also had a 12oz soy latte. The milk was done well bordering cappuccino. Flavour was good though. My husband had the breakfast wrap and it satisfied him. His 12oz latte tasted like a single, but didn't confirm if this was the case. Overall. I would recommend stopping in. And we would stop in again, if in the area.More
