I came here with about a dozen or so other people for a friend's birthday dinner. The menu has a lot of options and the prices are very good for the quantity of food you get. The food came out quite quickly and we all ate until we were full. I can't speak to the "authenticity" of the food itself... More

This is a typically small Chinese take-out restaurant with limited seating. Daytime is a buffet type take-away or eat in for city business working people. Evening time is menu ordering with extensive choices. We had the salt & pepper squid (calamari) with garlic bits - most excellent, one of the very best ever for me. The Shanghai Style noodle with... This restaurant has been around forever but it's the first time I've eaten here. They are quick to greet and seat you. Menu has the basic selection. Food came relatively quickly. Taste was average and not spectacular, a bit bland.

I'm a Burnaby Realtor and I've be going to Mr Ho's since Terry's first location just a little bit west of his current location. I do a lot of lunch dates and I never hesitate to take my clients; the staff is wonderful and they always seem to know what I'm going to order.

Mr. Ho was our chosen spot for lunch recently - we (as a threesome) arrived at the restaurant shortly after it opened at 11 am, and were able to catch a place to park in the small lot at the back. We were warmly greeted upon entering, and shown to booth seating by the window.  Our server then brought a... More

Reliable Chinese food. Friendly service but somewhat slow when busy. Great for big family dinners or lunch. We usually go as a group of 8+.

The food my wife and I were served at Mr Ho's was bordering on rediculous as was the service. Don't be fooled by the sign outside the establishment stating it won a best restaurant award 10 years in a row. They must have purchased it at a flea market or something because the food was greasy, flavorless and way overcooked.... More

An extensive menu, quick service and good quality food makes Mr Ho Wonton House a favourite of mine. I had the beef brisket wonton noodle soup. I asked for rice noodles which was no problem. The soup broth was good and the wontons were delicious. Prices are more than reasonable and the place is clean.

My friend goes there everyday the past week. Last night, six of us cost $78 for six sizeable dishes with complimentary soup for starters. Steamed ginger chicken, tofu and Ling fish hot pot, vinegar spare ribs, stir fried long beans, crispy octopus, stir fry mix vegetables with rice. Clean and well decorated compared to many others in the area. I... More
