Wonderful family restaurant! Food is excellent and the service is outstanding! Kat was phenomenal with great customer service skills!! Would highly recommend!!

We were in town for a hockey tournament and came to The Other Side for dinner with our whole team. They were more than accommodating with our team of 40 people and even kept the restaurant open late so they could feed us all. The...food was very good and came out really quick. We took our family here to eat, nothing for the kids to do while waiting for food. Food arrives, there is a long coarse hair in the vegetables. I had to take my plate up to the counter because the waitress was nowhere to be...found. When someone finally showed up, I asked for my meal to be taken off the bill as there wouldn't be enough time for me to eat before everyone else was done and I wasn't interested in more food after what was found the first time. The waitress comes over 10 minutes later and tells me that the meal will still be charged to the bill because the manager wouldn't reimburse me, but that she would give me a discount. Terrible service, even worse food. Save yourself the money and time, go anywhere else.More

Had the beef dip. The juice (and I use the word lightly) was cold, congealed and disgusting. The gravey for the fries as too salty to eat. Complaining resulted in no action. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Back in town visiting and decided to eat here again. My wife's fish and chips was a good size with a generous portion of coleslaw. I had the beef on a bun with Caesar salad, both were good. The kids had a 10" meatlovers pizza...(which was a better value than two single-topping kids pizza) that was fresh made with a generous amount of toppings. Well worth the price of the meal.More

Went to Other Side in between ball games. Our group ordered poutine, dry ribs appetizer and side of garlic mashed potatoes and a taco salad. Poutine and taco salad was good, but no mention of spicy beef on the taco salad, so kind of caught...me off guard, but it was good. The dry ribs were way over seasoned with herbs and salt and could barely taste the meat, the poutine was good. Server was friendly and food came really fast. Way overpriced for what we ordered. Our bill for 3 simple dishes (no alcohol) just pop (fries, dry ribs appi with mashed and a salad) came to $53. The portions were average. I would go again if they lowered their prices. Our meal was definitely not worth $53.More
