Poorly run, unprofessional restaurant. We made a reservation nearly six weeks in advance for 800 on a Monday. This reservation was confirmed in writing by the owner. When we arrived at the restaurant we were told that our reservation didn’t matter because they were closing...at 830. There was no sorry, no attempt to accommodate us! Absolutely ridiculous. This poor business practice may explain why the restaurant had only two couples in it. Or this may have been explained by the fact that the tables were not appropriately spaced for COVID safety. Either way we will not be returning to this restaurant.More

We made a reservation for our family of four one day in advance, after reading great reviews on the food. We were sat upon arrival. My kids and I had the calamari as an appetizer (very small portion although fresh and delicious). The main meal...for us was the Filet Mignon which was cooked exactly as requested. My husband had the table d’hôte. Appetizer was absolutely amazing (see picture); main meal was Canadian deer medallion which was also cooked to perfection. Desert was raspberry and pistachio patisserie: exquisite. Remarks on Covid times: tables were not well spaced we felt. Serving staff: some wearing only mask, no visor. Others only visor, no mask. The menus were not being wiped after each use, nor booklet for bills (we can compare with another restaurant on same price range in the area, which had impeccable compliance with health guidelines). Overall: food was perfect but more attention to health guidelines.More

We went to Magog to see the Fall colours and found this restaurant! What a wonderful treat!! The owner was so gracious and kind and served us with such energy and enthusiasm. And the food...delicious! If you get the chance...you need to eat here. Their...attention to detail is incredible. The whole experience was deliciously wonderful! (We loved our breakfast so much we made réservations for supper on the spot!)More

We enjoyed the table d’hôte with every course delicious and well-prepared. The atmosphere is relaxing and perfect for a leisurely dinner with conversation. Service is excellent. Mussels are a house specialty, but everything else we tried was equally good. Of the three sauces with the...mussels, I liked the coconut best, but my husband preferred the tomato. All were delicious.More

Wow! just wow! Great restaurant in Magog. The owner is very passionate and very friendly with customers. You can tell he really enjoys it. We ate there for breakfast and the food was so good that we went back for dinner the very same day!...Everything we ate was just excellent! And for the quality of the food, the price was spot on. I definitely will go back.More

Very nice restaurant with friendly waitstaff. The food appeared farm-to-table. Elegant, lightly flavored. We wanted the lamb but they were out. They were, sadly, out of the Wagyu beef. Filet was good. Ambiance was casual-chic. Tables not very overcrowded. Recommend you make reservation.

It was our pleasure to be served by the owner Alain who was very attentive and took great pride and joy in ensuring that our meal was an enjoyable experience. I have celiac disease and am allergic to fish and seafood, so it was a...treat to have so many options on the menu to choose from (including many gluten free desserts). The food was served quickly, attractively presented and delicious. Because my husband and I arrived before 6:00 pm, we were able to take advantage of the early bird pricing which meant that our meal was an even better value for the money. Would definitely go back there again and recommend it to others.More
