I was travelling through Lloydminster on my way back from Edmonton one evening and stopped in for a bite to eat. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was just what i look for in a restaurant/lounge.
However, what outshines all of this was the level of service i received from Alyssa the server there that evening. She was very friendly yet always professional, and left me no doubt that she clearly understands what it takes to be successful in the hospitality industry. It was obvious that her shift was a demanding one with the amount of customers present in relation to the amount of staff but Alyssa handled the pressure perfectly and always with a smile on her face.
I have frequented many restaurants throughout the country and rarely have i felt so compelled to take the time to write a positive review as i was after my experience here. Fantastic job Alyssa, i hope the management at your workplace recognizes the contribution you clearly make to this establishment. I will most definitely be coming back the next time i find myself in the Lloydminster area.

The food was hot and delicious,and fast . The waitress was friendly and helpful. The prices were pretty good. Nice atmosphere and right on site in the hotel which we liked.. would recommend to anyone to come eat here..

Not your fanciest place but service is awesome. The food was good as well. I had burger and it was homemade and fresh. The lasagna the wife had was just ok, it was very basic. But we were hungry so it was good

I am a 'regular' here...the food is always great, service is spectacular and friendly. Tanner, Carmalyn and Shelly are most helpful. Check it out...one of the best places for good coffee.

I always come here with my boyfriend whenever we're in town and at least once a week before we went off to university that the staff remembered our order etc. We always go for breakfast and enjoy! I usually get the 5$ breakfast special or whatever and its a really affordable place with real eggs! I wish this was a chain company because I have to come to lloyd!

The service I had at Rusty’s was perfect! Alyssa was one of the best servers I have ever had! Very kind and polite ;) also can’t forget to mention how Beautiful she was. I’d suggest stopping there for a bite to eat the food is good also!

On September 7th, I met my brothers for a quick bite to eat before attending our Uncles funeral. In total we had a party of 6. 5 adults and one child. 2 people at my table had the misfortune of ordering the "special", which was a pizza sub and a side. The small amount of meat that was on the sub looked like it was a week past the expiry date, and would have been better off in the trash. The meat was grey and rancid. The bun was stale and the subs were not even heated enough to melt the cheese. They joked that they have had better subs from the 7-11 cooler. One order was supposed to come with fries and gravy- the gravy never did come, even after 2 requests. The other ordered soup, can't screw up soup, right?? You can if its COLD!!!
I had chicken fingers. I paid $15 for 4 tiny, pathetic strips, that can be found in any frozen food isle of any grocery store. They never even came with fries. They were however served on a rotten, wilted leaf of lettuce.
We had to track down a different server for refills. Which never did come.
All of this took way to long, at about 45 mins from when we ordered, until our sub par meals arrived.
Seriously, if you want a quick, good meal.....don't go here. If you just want a good, hot meal....pass on this place.
Hey, I don't mind paying top dollar for a good, quality meal. This place is neither good, or was there any evidence of quality. The majority of our meals would have been better thrown out than to be served.
