There really is no atmosphere quite like Stick In The Mud Coffee. As soon as I walked in the door I was enthusiastically greeted by the Barista. It took all of 5 seconds to feel welcome and already enjoying the visit. The coffee was incredible...More

We came by to grab our morning coffee and breakfast before hitting the road. It was a great choice! I recommend the Egg-a-ma-jig if you're hungry. Also, this place has stickers if you're a travel sticker collector like me!More

One Breakfast Sandwich to rule them all! The Egg-a-majig: local free range eggs, oven roasted veggies, aged cheddar cheese, slice of tomato on foccaccia. Have it 'regger' or with Sooke Sauce. And those bumper stickers, V0S1N0 is the old postal code for Sooke back when...More

Amazing service, and a fun place to have coffee with friends or colleagues. Sit back and play games, read the paper or just people watch.

The Stick has some of the best coffee on the west coast. Their baked goods are sublime. Grab a coffee on the way or drink it in in their funky space - either way, you win.

Opens early (6am). Excellent coffee. Chai tea was also good. Okay selection of baked goods, pastries and treats. Good place to stop before heading to the dock for fishing.

Thanks for the review! Hope you had luck down at the dock...Crab, cod, salmon or halibut?! Either way I will gladly swap you coffee for seafood! BRING IT!

I'm glad there isn't an easy way to tell how much I've spent at the stick over the years! Best coffee in Sooke and definitely a hub for the community

Thanks for the words...and for the investment! But really, if you were meant to hold on to your cash it would have little handles, right?! Honestly, thanks for supporting us and feeding our kids. David

Had a coffee and a chai tea latte - wasn't served very hot. Expensive, not much customer service. Don't think we'll be back during our travels through this area.More

Better than average coffee for sure. Service on the slow side, but nothing to complain about when on vacation!
