This location used to be a restaurant called le 360, it is now called La Réserve Bistro. Whatever the name is, this place has real good food. I had crab ravioli for appetizer and "boudin" for main course. Both were excellent. Great service, nice wine list and not too expensive. Worth a visit

Wonderful service, great food, bistro ambiance, this is a great little find in Rimouski. The trout was sublime, the carpaccio flavourful and the service was outstanding. Goat cheese salad with a large piece of deep fried chèvre, cauliflower soup superb. This is what st Pierre and Miquelon should be like. At $80pp, a little pricy, but if you're good and... More

Delicious food, excellent choice of local ingredients but all in all the attitude from not one but a few of the servers was enough to not want to set foot here again. The wait staff was unhelpful, gave us attitude for not drinking more alcohol than we did and then again for opting to pass on desert. The insinuation was... More

We went here on the strength of TA reviews are were not disappointed, the food was interesting and generally well presented and the service was friendly. The veal kidneys were great but the accompanying potato and gravy were a bit wet. The lemon cake with apple butter was much better than "lemon cake" sounds.

Our best meal in Rimouski. A concept dining experience. Well crafted cuisine curated and presented to enhance the gourmet experience to life. Beginning with the featured white wine from Southern Italy that was dry with a hint of spring green apple. Stated with risotto infused with lobster and asparagus (creamy, tasty, perfect temperature); tartare de boeuf served on a carrot... More

The best beef tartar i've ever had in Canada. That was really unexpected to have this type of cuisine in this part of the world.

Qaint place with a refined menu using local products. Attentive personnel, good wine list without being too pricey.

The atmosphere was nice and the taste of food were fine. But I felt being ignored and even somewhat discriminated. They didn't light the candle on our table, they didn't even bother bringing us some breads before the main dish. The 2 of us spent more than 90 dollars for dinner and we were still hungry and had to find... More
