The quaint little restaurant absolutely the best. Be prepared to wait a bit as all food is cooked to order. It is small but cozy and well worth the wait.

Went out for dinner with 4 other ladies from work. Ordered and shared many different dishes. The food and service was amazing!! We brought our own wine and paid a corking fee of $7

Food wasn't the best, it was soggy, and nothing was included. No effort was put forth into suggestions. If you were to ask me if they were friendly, I wasn't really sure because I didn't get greeted.

Enjoyed a lovely dinner here: had the coconut, pineapple red curry, made at a level 7 of spice. Boy was it spicy! Authentic Thai, worth the drive from London (~25 mins). Portion size was good, I had enough to take home. Service was quick and servers were friendly. The place itself is quite small, a handful of tables. I'd suggest... More

The Le Cafe Siam was a great experience for Thai food and definitely now our favorite restaurant in St Thomas. The food came out hot and very flavorful and spice was nice. Soup was very good, very authentic Thai food great job

I have been going to this restaurant for a few years now and just now getting around to writing a review. If you're dining in be sure to order the purple lotus dumplings. All around this restaurant is great from the food to the staff. The staff all take pride in the restaurant and the food they serve. Worth a... More

This was my first thai food experience. It was delicious. I was there as part of a small group accommodated in the back room. Atmosphere was cluttered but food unusually good. Food was pre selected being a group , tasty & perfectly balanced. Wine reasonably priced. Don't miss this place.

My wife and I used to come here all the time, but the service really sucked. Yes the food is great, but when you get really bad service the majority of the time - it leaves a bad flavour in your mouth. So, we haven't been here for well over 3 years and we decided to give it a try... More

A lovely, small restaurant with excellent food. We generally get takeaway, but when we have dined in, the service was great and the food excellent. Get the Cafe Siam salad....delicious.
