We ate lunch here on our way from Quebec City to Wiscassett, Maine and enjoyed it very much. I had poutine that was mixed with steak bites that was very good. The waitress was excellent and even found us 6 English menus. Although on a...major highway, this town is not necessarily a tourist mecca and the waitress even asked us in a very polite manner, why we were in St Georges. Overall a very nice and relaxing lunch.More
We travel to St Georges often just as a get away when we do we always do at least one lunch and dinner at the Rock just went Sunday and had a Burger ,Outstanding the service is always great Love the place cannt wait to...go backMore
Came over from Maine for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Cuisine is clever and service pleasant.
Portions well sized and innovative. Open atmosphere and hip music sets a good tone.
Despite our poor command of French, the staff worked with us with smiles!
Visited on a Sunday night 1 French speaker and 4 non French speaking. Server was very friendly with excellent English. Surroundings were great and for a Sunday the upstairs was very quiet. Food was very good as was the great beer selection.
I bought a bottle opener at the Rock Café boutique as a gift for my son. Well, it wasn't the one he wanted for his collection (There's a difference between Hard Rock Café and Rock Café). I went to return it , but was refused....I was told that they are not "Walmart" and that they don't do refunds!!! Pretty special!More
The food was excellent. The service was great as well. We were able to have a proper adult diner. I particularly enjoyed the beef tartare appetizer.
The beer selection is almost overwhelming and I settled for a light local brew.
They were really accommodating with...our picky kids despite having an almost full house on a Monday night.
It was certainly worth making a reservation and walking down from the George ville hôtel which also has an excellent restaurant.More
We stopped in on our way to Quebec City and I can't say enough. The staff was super friendly and the food was amazing. I had the La 980 and it was amazing, the fried chicken was cooked beautifully and the Brie and bacon fit...perfect. My wife had the Spagh burger and that also had exceptionally developed flavors. The beer menu is out of this world. I had the Disco Soleil cumquat IPA, one of the better ones I have ever had. If you are in the area or going to be driving through make a reservation or stop by. You will not regret it!More
