I always get a great meal at Alz Donair for a great price. The best is to take it to go. The restaurant is not very inviting and you may wait a bit for your order but each meal is made as it is ordered and not made in advance.

I had a beef doniar, and it was well made large in size, tasted
great and a very reasonable price, and will go back. Best doniar in the Peace River area.

I never used to like donairs until my son introduced me to Al;s Donairs and now I believe they are the best anywhere.

It’s a donair shop. Wasn’t jaw dropping, not on my top 10 donairs of all time, but as far as Peace River goes, this place is probably your best bang for your buck during the lunch hour!

Alz is great. He can trim you up a donair in no time, they are huge and really tasty. The poutine is unique and very good. And if you get there early you can get your phone fixed as well.

I make a habit of ordering a Super Donair from Al anytime I'm in Peace River. The menu is small but the final product is what really matters and ask delivers with donair that is literally dripping with flavor. Check out one of Alz many fancy cars when entering the restaurant and check your anticipation as you know you're about to devour a donair that would even meet the scrutiny of a true East Coast'er.

The place is interesting, but the Donairs are great. There is beef and chicken donairs, I only had beef and there are just as good as the donairs you have in Halifax, NS or the other very good places. If you are in Peace River and enjoy a good donair you should stop and try one to go, very low costs and very friendly to.

This place reminds me of walking into the sitcom Cheers. Took me over 8 years to venture inside as I was scared the donair was like the rest of the poor interpretations I've had in western Canada but this one took me back east. Awesome donair, sauce and made to order. Fast friendly service.

We eat here several times a month. Fresh ingredients and the BEST donair sauce ever. Pro tip: ask Ali for both sweet and hot if you like a donair with a bit of a kick. So good!!
