Second time here and just as good as the first time. Had the beef and chicken fondue - comes with numerous sauces as well as salad, potatoes and rice. Our server was very helpful with what sauces go with the steak/chicken. Overall a great family night out with plenty of food and a great atmosphere. As noted in other reviews it is a pricey night out but well worth it.

A very good experience, the waiters were very pleasant and attentive. They explained the letter We ordered a cheese fondue that melted at the table and a delicious RibEye fondue The wines are a little expensive (but good) What you do have to reserve is 3-4 days in advance because the place is very small and fills up.

Serving essentially only fondu of different types makes it unique. Whether you desire a solo couple experience, family gathering or group this is a great setting. Definitely need a reservation or get lucky if there is a no show. The employees are great and very helpful. We will definitely visit again when next in the area.

Too much food but not well cooked...actually not cooked at all. You have to cook everything on your grill at the table and lacks flavour in everything. If anything, the cheese is nice...I would go for an order of cheese and a bottle of wine, but neither the seafood nor the steak has any seasoning or flavour to them. Would not go again.

A memorable experience and not only in good ways. Cozy atmosphere but very much overcrowded and ignoring the 50% occupancy limit for dining in Quebec. Tables nearly touching. Servers wearing only clear face shields, no masks. Patrons allowed to stand touching our chairs and table while awaiting their own, whereas we were asked to wait outside they either ignored this or weren’t told the same. Felt like our worst exposure to COVID in the past two years to the point that we nearly left. We had the Raclette Savoyard which was highly overpriced for what was received-a large salad and bread, potatoes are all unlimited but about $10 work of cold cuts for 3 people was limited and we paid over $50/pp for this. Because of feeling high risk for COVID exposure we ate as quickly as we could and went elsewhere for dessert. While we enjoy fondue and raclette, I would not return to this particular restaurant.

We enjoyed the experience! We ordered raclette, and we were pleased to be brought this big cheese wheel and being able to put as much cheese as we want on our food! The waitress was friendly and courteous. The only downside is the food coming with the raclette: bread, salad, onions, pickles, potatoes and some simple charcuteries.. so nothing outstanding.. for a rather steep price! But I would still recommend this place if you love cheese

Very unique experience - must recommend! It was very interesting to have them bring raw meat and seafood to you and you had to cook it. Only thing I would say is that the chairs are a bit uncomfortable and it is very crowded. Otherwise I recommend you visit this place if you are at Mt. Tremblant.

The food was excellent! The salad was tasty and crunchy. The sauces, rice, potatoes were all very good. We loved the cheese experience melting on our food. The oil cooking the meat and chicken was also a big winner. We came with 3 kids aged 7, 9 and 12 and the restaurant charges half price for half portion which was more than enough for everyone to enjoy. I recommend this place for families :-)

Good service, the waiter was alone and despite that we were well served with a smile. Warm atmosphere and delicious meal, we had the fondue as a starter for two, to taste the famous cheese, and then as a main course, always for two, a pierrade with the 2 choices. There was so much to eat, the side dishes were unlimited but we didn't eat anything, it was plentiful.

I was lucky to get a table for 3 on the 21st and we really enjoyed ourselves. The restaurant is small and cozy with just 10 tables. The service was great and we had the Raclette and Bouillion fondue of filet mignon, shrimp and scallops. It was all filling not to mention the very yummy sides of fried potatoes and rice; we had seconds! Plus, there was also boiled potatoes and salad. We had the Cabernet by the glass and enjoyed it. We are not the the biggest wine connoisseurs but thought I should mention as many reviews complained re wine selection. And, Yes, The Whole meal, wine included is expensive but worth it for the Full experience! Special thanks to Josie and Jeannie (possibly not spelled correctly?) as they helped with the selection and making it just right for our family. Let them guide you so you don’t over order!

We wanted to try something different and booked at Savoie before we got to Tremblant (had heard it is busy during summer weekends). Our Host was great! Since we had never been to a Swiss style restaurant before, we did not know much about menu choices but he explained it very easily and answered many questions patiently. Gave us good advise.. We ordered La Raclette Savoyarde (Cheese Slab) and LA Crysantheme (Broth Fondue) and 4 of us could not finish.. go easy on the bread and Salad before the meal if you are a light eater !!

Had the “Pierrade - Beeffilet mignon, shrimps and scallops.” Absolutely excellent. Lots of different sauces - loved the garlic one! Cooking the food ourselves on the stone grill was ‘over the top’ fun. It was recommended by our hotel. Great service. Tons of tasty food. Just a great experience.

After a 7-hour drive from Toronto with our friends who were our guests from the US, we took them this restaurant. We had been here a few years ago and had liked their food. Upon arrival, we were told that the the restaurant is fully booked and we should come back in 1.5 hours for a table. We waited in the bar next door as it was -28 outside. After returning exactly in 1.5 hours, the hostess who was a very rude old lady, told us that it was too soon and we have to wait. After waiting for a few minutes, she got into fight with a young couple, who were already sited at a table. The hostess was arguing that they didn’t have a reservation a presumably had lied to her at the time of arrival. The argument got heated and the hostess told them that “YOU SHOULD SEE A THERAPIST.” We were standing close by. The hostess then turned to us and said she couldn’t accommodate us because we didn’t have reservations. From the reaction of the rest of the staff, it was obvious that customer service is not their concern. In nutshell, horrible horrible customer service and possibly good food. We didn’t get to try it though.

So sorry this review is late but this restaurant is outstanding. My husband and I had the raclette for dinner and it was truly outstanding. We have been to Europe and had raclette and fondue and this was amazing. The people were very nice and the mean isn't cheap but you get so much food that you don't even realize how much you are eating because it is SO good. The cured meat was very good but I could have just had the salad, potatoes and cheese. I would definitely go back.

We had the Cheese fondue as well as the Raclette savoyarde. The fondue itself was ok - lack of taste a bit... they use Gruyere and Swis Cheese, where "most" real Cheese Fondue use Gruyere and Vacherin... The swiss cheese is too light and almost tasteless... The raclette was very good even if the meat served with it was a bit unorthodox - instead of viande de Grisson, they served a plain black Forest ham which is NEVER use for raclette. Other than those faux pas, the meal was excellent. For people not too familiair with real fondue and raclette, they will be impressed.
