We ate in two different Italian restaurants the two nights in Mont Tremblant and I would give them both #1 for different reasons. Restaurant Antipasto is in an old train depot and is unique, bustling and charming as soon as you enter. Service was excellent and Lawrence, our server, was engaging and very attentive. Good beer, an excellent salad and one of the best pizzas we have had while traveling in Canada. BUT, the brownie with ice cream for dessert - was amazingly good. We enjoyed this evening for both the atmosphere and the food. Highly recommend Restaurant Antipasto.

Reservation for 7 people was booked based on on-line recommendation. Our group arrived about 40 min earlier and we were quite prepared to wait. However, the owner sat us down in about 5 min. Very much appreciated. The restaurant has an extensive menu of appetizers, pizzas, pastas, seafood and other entrees with either chicken or veal. There is also an extensive wine list and good selection of local and intl. beers. The food was excellent ( I would recommend Antipasto with veal and pesto pasta ) and our waitress Jessica was superb - quick ( despite being quite busy ), informative and very friendly. I have already recommended this restaurant to several of my friends and I will definitively visit again when I am nearby.

We spent a very pleasant evening in this restaurant, the pasta is succulent, the cutlets are of incredible tenderness, and the accompaniments make your taste buds explode.
Mention very well to the staff of this restaurant, and especially to the nice lady who brought herbal tea to my wife who was not feeling well, and to the nice gentlemen who served me a Spell (Canadian whisky) double dose 😁

After a wonderful day we decided to visit this place. Although the food was good our server Natacha was horrible. First, all tables were brought complimentary bread, she never brought us any. She came to the table and ask us what we wanted to drink and insisted that everybody must order a drink if they are sitting at the table. When ordering our food she again insisted that everybody must order something, despite two of our friends being on a strict diet.
When our food came, she brought the wrong pizza to the table, we didn’t notice since it looked similar to what we ordered. She then comes back with the right pizza and ask if we still wanted it because she brought the wrong one and questioned why we were eating it. Arrogantly she asked again if we wanted the pizza and that is was not free that we had to pay for it.
We noticed her service was different to our table and her dislike towards us being Hispanics. When she brought us the ticket she said a 20% tip was mandatory and insisted we must leave it.
Unfortunately, we won’t be back for the rest or future trips. We own a travel agency and this establishment is never going to be suggested to our clients. It is unfortunate how she served us and her way of treating us because our ethnicity. Her arrogant attitude almost made people at our table cry.

Located in an old train station, this restaurant is more casual and boisterous than a romantic spot for a date. Our server was very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately the barmaid didn’t know how to make a Negroni and my wife had to show her the recipe. Our salads were very good and fresh. My wife enjoyed her entree, pasta Alla Francesca, which was penne with spicy sausage and olives. Hot and plentiful. My spaghetti bolognese was just ok, lacking in flavour.

Very disappointed with my experience especially due to my server. Even if we saw that he was experienced this way of doing things is to be reviewed. Far too "speedy" for our taste and not very friendly. We felt that every question wasted precious minutes.
On the food side, I can comment less because I cannot eat gluten. There are alternatives, but again, my server didn't inspire confidence and I got sick. My daughter liked her spaghetti on the kid's menu.
Very popular restaurant quite noisy.

We had a great meal at Antipasto! So glad that the manager of our hotel recommended it. It had a warm vibe, excellent service, an extensive menu, and delicious food. My husband enjoyed the wood-fired pizza, and I had the manicotti (both vegetarian, but plenty of meat options, as well). Had we stayed longer, we would have eaten here again. The portions were large and the menu was quite varied. Fun atmosphere in an old train station. Memorable!

We had never heard of this restaurant before, and three couples we met at our hotel and at the spa in two days recommended it to us. So we went. We were all pleasantly surprised. It was a first for us at the Antipasto and it will certainly not be our last visit there. I had the creamy snails and the parmigianno veal and it was tasty and well cooked. Every member of the family like their meal, from the starter to the dessert.

Stumbled across this restaurant on our first day here and liked the menu. Were lucky enough to get a booking on a saturday night. The food was excellent and the service brilliant, so much so we re-booked for the following night.
Night 2 the food was still fantastic and service still brilliant.
Night 3 we intended trying somewhere else, but most places were closed so we chanced on getting in here again and were so grateful they had a table. Once again food and service couldn't be faulted.
This is definitely the best restaurant we've eaten in on this trip to Canada and better than most we've eaten in wherever we've been.

Four of us had a great lunch here; we sat outside under a parasol and watched people ambling down the main street in the sun. My wife and I had a very large (and reasonably priced) nicoise salad with a big chunk of perfectly cooked tuna. The lattes we had afterwards were a work of art in themselves. The service was prompt - almost every table was full - and polite.

Antipasto serves up classic Italian dishes (pizza & pasta) excellently. There’s a lot of history in this little shop, with it once being a rail station and all. A quick glance around and I’m sure you’ll be able to appreciate the fragments of its railway past in the atmosphere.
All the pizzas and pastas we ordered were excellent although staunch Italian connoisseurs may feel perturbed with pasta (especially cabonara) cooked with some cream. But as someone who appreciates the modern/alternative take on pasta, I love it. The generous use of appropriate herbs, onions and garlic really bring out the flavour in the pasta dishes. The pizza had a thick-ish crust but retains a wonderful crisp - and our Bordelaise pizza was a delight with all the fragrant toppings. I’ve attached my receipt in the pictures above - happy to recommend everything that I’ve tried! 😄

Friendly high ceilinged restaurant with wood fire pizza oven cleverly rings interesting variations on classic pizza, pasta and veal escalope dishes. Excellent rich sauces. Great pizza from their wood fired brick pizza oven. Great service.

My daughter and I were in town during the very cold weekend Feb 4th. I ordered the minestrone soup to warm up and it was the best I have ever had! I also had the scallops and they were amazing. My dtr had the chicken penne with pesto and said it was delicious too.
The server that sat us at the table was very good and attentive.

Very average Italian food. Price is good and staff are nice but the food is nothing to brag about. I found our food pretty greasy. Could not even convince myself to eat more than a bite of pasta. The meat (veal or chicken) both were over cooked.

First we waited THIRTY minutes just for them to take our order. Then waited another HOUR till the food came (while other tables that had come much later than us got their food…). Pretty sure our waitress forgot to put our order in. And the food was definitely not worth the wait- I had the most bland “pesto” pasta with boiled veggies in it I’ve ever had (what a disappointment on my birthday too). Would not recommend.
