Joel and his team catered our intimate wedding at a cottage in Tremblant. I really can't say enough good things about our experience. Planning was painless, communication excellent, attention to detail spectacular and the food... oh, the food. Homemade, local, made with love and care,...every ingredient stood out, and somehow it all came together in one cohesive meal. Our guests still talk about it. Joel took the time to mingle and explain his dishes, our kiddos were well taken care of and our vegetarians didn't feel like an afterthought. The homemade cheese is a must try.
