I don't understand the bad review. The food was very good, served hot and in a very organized manner. We are going back for breakfast tomorrow and can't wait.

The staff were downright rude, less than interested in us and gave the worst service I have ever received. Needless to say we didn't even wait to have a drink ( which we battled to order and it took so long to get to us...More

Waited forever for a server then waited for drinks then waited for food, the food was terrible and overpriced. The view is awesome. First and last time going to this place.

Was here for a small banquet. Food was incredibly bland and tasteless. The vegetables were mush, the meat had no flavour and the salad was obviously out of a bag. And I know that drinks get marked up, but when was I was charged almost...More

Friendly service with approachable waitstaff. Excellent food with comfortable sofas to relax in the sun while enjoying the stunning muskoka vibes. I would definitely come back just to drink another amazing bloody ceaser! Cheers to a great weekend.

We came to the Boathouse after a day on the golf course. Dining options are very casual but are freshly prepared and service was friendly, attentive and speedy. The view of the lake was spectacular. We enjoyed the shrimp po boys! They were yummy!

This restaurant is now out of business. They moved from an exclusive fish and chip business to a breakfast/lunch restaurant. They should have stayed with fish and chips

I've been boating to this location for 15years. The hotel has historically managed the boathouse and consistently offered rotating exotic overpriced menus with poor uptake. The new resto running the location seems to have got it right. Good food, congruent with the local palate and...More

It has location location location going for it. I didn't find the service bad at all, they could have planned the indoor seating a little better, but everyone working did their best to make us feel comfortable at our patio furniture table brought in from...More
