Yes, the food is good, but the prices are not in alignment with the portion size. A small panini and tiny bowl of soup for $14.95 is totally unreasonable, and I really felt put off by the gouge. If you don't care about those prices...More

After a long day of hiking, we wondered across the quaint town of Field. Tired and hungry we stopped in The Siding Cafe. To our surprise, the Paninis were incredible. Highly recommend. Once we received our sandwiches and salads the guys behind the counter were...More

Small menu, but we got two paninis: chicken and roast beef. Both were delicious. They also had some tasty treats. Relatively tight seating, but still okay for families.

Sandwiches were tasty. Cute little town. Drive or walk around after you eat. Internet at the visitor center.

We needed to stop for a bite and Field was just there so we looked for an appropriate place. The first and continuing impression here was of a tired place that had some good sodas but indifferent food and service

Stopped here for an early lunch having read some of the other reviews on TripAdvisor. We weren't disappointed! The food and service were great and well worth the little detour off Highway 1 and across the railroad tracks.

We were just passing through Fields and found this nice little cafe....picked up three sandwiches....all were very very good...roast beef, turkey and salami. Perfect mixture of veggies and meat. We will be back as we pass through the area...can’t ask for better sandwiches anywhere
