I've been to Truffle Pigs many times before, but have to say my latest visit for breakfast was rather disappointing. They advertise a "breakfast buffet" for the spring/summer, and we rushed to make the 10:30 cut off, hoping to grab some breakfast before leaving for...More

My wife and I stopped here on our return drive from a week in the Rockies. We arrived just after 12 noon, after a failed attempt to eat at Emerald Lake (too many people, too little parking). Initial service was very prompt and our order...More

Restaurant was beautifully presented. The staff were in formative on wine choices. The menu was diverse offering unusual food combinations of flavours and herbs.

We were pleasantly surprised by this non-pretentious bistro. The pork on pork on pork dish was out of this world!. Take one bit of this heavenly dish and your taste buds will go CRAZY!.

A not so secret restaurant recommendation mad e by several of the Fairmont staff. It is small has great classic beers and food is truly outstanding ... so much so we went back a second time during our visit.

I was heading through Yoho Park, but needed a coffee and something to fortify myself. Truffle Pigs didn't offer an a la Carte menu for breakfast, just the Continental Breakfast they offer their overnight guests. The items were all good, the coffee very good, but...More

This is our favourite little getaway in the Rockies. We love the lodge as well as the bistro. Much less pretentious than other restaurants in the Lake Louise/Field vicinity, the atmosphere here is cozy and inviting. It's fun to sit at the bar for a...More

My husband & I stayed at Emerald Lake Lodge this past weekend as part of our honeymoon. We visited Truffle Pigs for dinner on Friday night (as it was either that or eating at the very pricey dining room at the lodge) and loved it...More

When we visited you a while ago you had a fabulous non alcoholic ginger drink. I`ve got the ginger root but could you tell me how I could make it now as I live in Somerset, England and its a bit far to pop in to ask. Thanks for any help you can give. Regards to all Janet

My son had reserved for last Sunday for 7:30. I called to say we would be late ( driving from Vancouver!) and were told that they had not taken reservations since June!!! Asked who he reserved with which he did not know. Then we drove like crazy trying to get there by nine as the lady on phone says kitchen closing ..however on web says you are open until 11!! We were really disappointed and ended up eating in golden.
