Duncan's is my choice for seafood entrees and cold draft beer. They have a good variety of foods and the best Seafood Chowder in the Province. A friendly staff and occasional music entertainment make Duncan's a great place to frequent.

Dined there yesterday and had the 'all you can eat lobster for $45 special' which was delicious. Great waitress and comfy seats.

Yet another fine restaurant disguised as a pub. Traveling from Halifax, we took the advise of Tripadviser's commentary when searching for an evening meal, although pub food access can perhaps be last resort feeding. But then there's this place... Comfortable seating and oversized tables not normally seen in a pub, let alone a restaurant. The bar looked like a bar... More

Yummy pub food is served in the cozy atmosphere here. Friendly staff are welcoming and food is reliably good.

The lobster roll and seafood linguine are awesome. The place is small so if you have a large group you will need to make reservations.

This is Amherst's Hidden Treasure. Lovely atmosphere with comfortable chairs, a little dark inside but you get used to it after awhile. Seafood chowder was great and the burger looked like it was on a special potato bun.(hubby's) They tried hard to keep everyone happy and the service great even though it was full from the fibre art festival. They... More
