My family and I had come into the pub for some food and drinks and the service was TRASH! We were spoken to very rudely, our orders either were delayed, or weren't taken at all. The food was good, the drinks were good, but the...service was just TRASH! Will be very weary when I come back.More

Asian salad - old salad fixings. I really dislike those lettuce boxes one gets in stores. They use it here! Black rotting pieces encase the carrots and onions. Had this salad on my travels through recently. The salad was fresh and tasty. What happened? Inconsistency...will kill a busibess. Wont be back!More

Arrived 10 min before the kitchen should close, but still positive to make the food. Good service. Fish & chips OK Tagliatelle carbonara very strange. First time I have got carbonara with tomato sauce, shrimps and parmesan

I made a good decision to stop in at Jake's, right off of highway #97. Very good and attentive service. Nice menu. Lots of parking. I had a Jake's sandwich, like a philly steak that included a huge portion salad.

This is a dinghy bar. Run down and worn seating. Food was ok but the atmosphere and clientele is a bit daunting.

As the only customers in the place you would think that the service would be stellar, how wrong you would be! We were obviously there to spend money but the waitress could not have been more disinterested! I had to go up to the bar...every single time we wanted a drink. We were the ONLY TABLE IN THE PLACE. Food was mediocre at best. To be honest the place itself wasn't bad at all but seriously, get a new waitress!! Not once did she say Thank You, we tipped 10% only because I'm a server but she didn't deserve a tip at all. She is singlehandedly destroying this business.....More

The older than dirt bartender is rude and disrespectful. Calls customers names. Insults them and swears at them. Has no problem taking your tip but zero intrest un being friendly. Have tried this place several times. Although some of the updates are nice and welcoming...the incredibly rude staff has remained the same. The food is greasy and often microwaved. The roast beef dinner is almost entirely reheated! I can do that at home! The places smells of vomit and stale cigarette smoke. As ot really the only pub in town people are forced to go there if they want to enjoy a pub atmosphere. Although they say children are welcome... I dont feel comfortable taking my child on there with drunk or high people picking cigarettes up off the ground outside the front door. Staff making out with boyfriends while working... just not a pleasant atmosphere... good thing only pub in town or there would be no customers at all! I feel bad for the guys who have to stay in hotel and eat there not knowing any better but just passing through town. I highly suggest skipping this place altogether...oh yes and dont forget to make sure your getting your full ounce of alchohol when you order a drink!More

It was not unusual to go in and hear loud laughter and loud talking - a typical bar that attracts loud locals. We decided to sit at the other end of the room to get away from the semi-drunken ladies. We were there just to...eat -- we ordered fish & chips and liver & onions. The fish was a bit greasy but the chips were good. I always enjoy liver & onions and this was no exception. We did not linger! The ladies seemed to find everything hilarious and it was getting a bit much!More

A large sports bar on the main drag through 100 mile house. Lots of different sports being shown on lots of TV`s around the place. We enjoyed a platter for two (Chicken, ribs, fries, mozzarella sticks) and a couple of beers each $30 in total....Great place, good atmosphere.More
