Excellent Food, homemade bread in sandwiches, the best baking ever with specialty coffee and teas! Always a friendly atmosphere.

We stopped here before entering the park. Its just over the road from the information centre. We had some home made soup and sandwiches with coffee and hot chocolate. It was very nice. The service was good and friendly.

We were looking for somewhere for a light lunch whilst traveling through Clearwater and saw the information centre that had a cafe. As we turned in we saw the Strawberry Moose Snackery which at first sigh was not the type of place we would normally stop, however, the number of people queuing out of the door and sat around the... Only stopped for a cup of tea but the cakes on offer looked good though! Staff friendly. Good location over the road from the Tourist Information.

We stopped here after visiting the waterfalls in Wells Gray PP. Quaint log cabin and not sure what to expect but we needed something to eat and drink.Small and friendly staff. Huge variety of tea (made to order in individual teabags) and a great selection of cake. In fact after eating our first cake we bought more for the journey!... More

We called in here after spending the morning in Wells Gray Provincial Park (not to be missed) on our way to Jasper. A small, slightly tired, place with clutter and flies buzzing around. That said, we ordered coffee, sandwiches and calzone which turned up in good time and we ok. Nothing special but reasonable prices and all made fresh in... More

A quick drop in visit on our way through Clearwater, the Snackery is conveniently close to the Tourist Centre in Clearwater, right by the highway (and the weird round-about). Small, warm, friendly, cheerful, and plenty of good snacks of the home-made variety. Indoor seating is small, but in good weather outdoor seating is great, and is also good food for... More

A rest stop with a few options to eat and drink. Quaint looking log cabin with seating inside and out. Generously sized sandwiches and other snacks. Enjoyed a salad sandwich which filled a big hole. Good service and competitive prices.

We stopped here for a quick snack & drink on our way from Jasper to Kamloops. It was a rainy day and the place was quite busy (there are only a small amount of tables & chairs). The cakes were good, but it kinda put me off as I counted at least 7 flies in and around the kitchen area.... More
