Wonderful dinner after a day of hiking. Coconut curry with shrimp was delicious. Served with rice and beans, fried plantains. Generous portions on the jerk chicken and pork.
Service was excellent and quick.

We had a wonderful dinner at Lindsay’s. There were 17 of us for the evening. Excellent seafood, and I was able to get fried chicken since I am not a seafood person.
It is very rustic, and if you can get over that, you will have a fabulous meal.
We ordered ahead of time - steamed fish, eschevitch fish, garlic lobster, and fried chicken.

Can't say enough about Lindsay's. The atmosphere, the food and Mark. All top notch. A must go if you are anywhere near Duncans. Leave the resort behind and experience a real Jamaican meal.

It’s a hidden gem. The friendliness, the quality of the seafood, the taste of the food - we are here for two more days and plan to go go back once more

We had a late night dinner and there were 8 of us...get the steamed red snapper...amazing!! This place is the spot for fresh, authentic and delicious seafood. Do not miss it!!

Where do I start when sharing my experience at Lindsay's Seafood Joint And Bar? Their seafood is cooked to perfection. Everything from the fried fish, brown stewed fish, garlic butter shrimp, etc. is freshly prepared to order with mouthwatering flavours. They offer a decent selection of drink options compared to most "local spots" in the area. You can also get a cool breeze while enjoying a drink under the trees in the patio area. It is safely and conveniently located on a hill; making it very accessible and easy to find. Its an experience you'll never forget. The owner, Mark Lindsay, bartender, Yash, and chef, Buju makes the experience even worthwhile.

We liked it so much we went back a second time during our vacation. Mark Lindsay made us feel welcome and gave us a ride to/from. Nice outdoor patio seating. Must go if you're in Silver Sands/Duncans.

After dining at Lindsay's, I just had to write an article about his restaurant and post it on mysilversands, because it is so close to our guests who long for this sort of experience. And Mark will provide free transportation to and from his restaurant. Just give him a call.
The food was excellent and the presentation superb. Don't miss this!

Absolutely delicious seafood prepared in local style! Delicacies, so perfectly prepared!
Worth the travel, worth the wait! Very good prices. Comfortable, in a breezy space.
So lucky that we were able to go there!!!

This is some of the best seafood yet. A very authentic Jamaican experience. Loved sitting on the outside patio or there is also a covered portion. Prices very reasonable. Highly recommended and worth the 25 min drive from Montego Bay to Duncan. I had a personable experience with Mark too. Nice guy.

Restauranteur Mark Lindsay oversees a restaurant, attracting both locals and visitors, that offers exceptional food, prepared from recipes he learned from his grandmother. The atmosphere is definitely down-home, and very welcoming to tourists. If you are interested in tasting top-class Jamaican food in friendly authentic surroundings at a reasonable price, this is your place.

Come to Lindsay's, or better yet, owner Mark Lindsay will probably just pick you up! The food is really fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is authentic and friendly. It's a local spot, but don't be intimidated. Prices are very reasonable. Call ahead to confirm what food is on the menu that day since the seafood is bought fresh.

Escovitch fish, alfredo shrimp, and the plantains were fantastic! Customer service was excellent! The owner himself picked us up at our resort and dropped us off! This was the best part of our trip!

For a taste of local yet mouth watering cuisine make it Lindsay's Seafood Joint. Friendly and efficient staff.. clean and hygenic environment.. choose from their menu or ask about getting something done to order.. excellent food.. excellent service..

YES!!!! Fish done right!!! We loved the Escovitch Fish, Red Pea Soup, and shrimp alfredo are definitely off the hook. We ate there twice during our vacation. Would have gone back again but had a conflict of schedules. No need to worry, next trip we will be back!
