Belles is a very unique cafe in the aspect that we make almost everything from scratch, from our soups to our meatballs. All baking (except bread) is done in house without chemicals or preservatives. We have a large variety of vegetarian, gluten free and even vegan options. Our frozen dinners are delicious and easy to prepare, and we pride ourselves on our fantastic coffee!

Belle's Cafe - A Gem in the Heart of South Surrey/White Rock

In today’s crazy world, it is a real pleasure to step back, just a few years in time and enjoy the unique qualities of Belle’s Café. Friendly service greets you as you enter, good coffee and a wide variety of teas, hot apple juice etc. along with a great variety of sumptuous muffins, slices, scones – you name it – you’ll find it here. The baked goods are literally fresh out of the in-store oven/kitchen and they taste just as good as they look! The lunch menu makes me wonder why I ever leave after just a coffee and scone – it’s wholesome and utterly delicious. And that’s not all………… Under Manager/Chef Cindy’s capable management, there is a wide variety of “created at Belle’s” frozen meals of all descriptions, both Canadian and Continental – I particularly enjoy her ‘seafood lasagne’. Can’t travel to Italy right now? No problem. Take home a Belle’s pasta dish - it will transport you there, in your mind, every time! Vicky, the charming ‘Front of House” Manager, will be happy to explain the various frozen meal options to you. If you have never been to Belle’s, you have missed one of the delights of South Surrey/White Rock. Visit the café and you’ll be back time and time again – but please leave a seat for me!

Great food and patio sitting area

Had a great lunch today at belles with my family. Lots of lunch options including salads, sandwiches and paninis. The service was great and we received are food quickly! lots of seating outside in the sunshine, we will definitely be returning.

No idea what they are doing

My husband and I were at Belle's today. We picked out some frozen dinners and paid for them, 2 treats and 2 drinks. We waited at least 30 min and when the drinks finally came my husband had had enough. Besides that I had ordered an iced coffee and I was given a hot coffee. I told the server that I had asked for iced, so she then brings a hot coffee in a plastic take away container. Hot. No ice. I paid for this............We just left our drinks and got out of there. Worst service EVER!!!!!!!

They wanted to "up charge" me for putting a sweetener in the cup before making my latte!!! It's true! Never again Mediocre food at high prices, terrible service and staff attitudes.

Not bike friendly, asked to remove our (3) bikes from the patio.

3 cyclists went for an early morning coffee and the owner I assume told us that we needed to remove our expensive bikes from the patio and store them down in the lower parking lot. She didn’t give any reason for her decision. We explained they are expensive bikes, her answer was your bikes won’t be stolen at this time in the morning. So that being said my wife and I will not be back at Belles for coffee etc. and we will inform our cycling friends of our experience.

My husband & I go here quite often for lunch. He usually has the ham & brie panini and I enjoy the salad trio where you get a choice of 2 salads. The food is really good and the prices are fair.

Also does great frozen meals for individual or family size. Belles has been a favourite stop for many years and the new Belles offers more space and comfort.

Hidden Gem!

Belles is an interesting and quaint place hidden in Elgin Park, South Surrey. The food is all home made and super tasty and the staff are nice and friendly. Really neat atmosphere and the patios are looking great ladies! Only been open in new space for 6 months, but they are killing it! See you soon! PS The Tomato Blue Cheese soup is my fav, with a cheese scone it is just divine...

Friendly staff food is amazing everything I have had is a 10/10. Price are fair. Does get busy in the morning. If cook helps the girl in front it makes line go fast. I am very pleased with belles!

Small cafe turned larger restaurant lacks vegan choices & colourful decor!

Decided to check out the newly renovated Belle's with a friend, at first we were excited but that soon diminished with the lack of vegetarian choices inside, and unfinished cold patio setting outside. Soup was tomato with blue cheese, we thought a strange combo & other choice was your everyday chicken noodle, not very creative. They need to include vegetarian options along with a few more food choice's. The patio is in dire need of planter's with colour & perhaps some whimsical decorative splashes of art! too dark & cold, not inviting to sit outside.

Wow, the newly re-opened Belles is noisy. Had to repeat my order a couple of times as the server couldn’t hear me. Noise level didn’t improve once sat down & I gave up trying to talk to my elderly parent. One big improvement on the old Belles - it was at least warm! The sandwich I had was fairly tasty, and the coffee was good. My mother said the soup could have been a lot hotter, and I must say her sandwich looked a bit unappetizing, mainly because of what appeared to be too-warm processed cheese in it. There are a lot of cafes & restaurants around South Surrey these days, so doubt we’ll be going back here anytime soon.

When I have a busy schedule and need a lunch for the road, this is my go to spot. Their sandwiches are excellent and the coffee is consistently good. Why would you hurt your body with fast food when this is such a nourishing alternative.
