Service perfect and friendly. Classic breakfast quick and perfect. Attention to details such as asking customers what condiments they would like. Coffee perfect..what a wonderfully well ran A&W. Ty for making my morning great. I love this place.

Very satisfied with the service , all the staff are nice, nothing compares to other A&W branch.they greet the customer as they enter the door, and also when you leave.I forgot my purse one time realized it after an hour, went back to ask, they kept it safe for me. So glad they are the best

Needs to be managed better.

When you order the all Canadian special wait 20 minutes and they serve you a cold breakfast.. $20 breakfast with orange juice and extra hash brown which they forgot. I finished my coffee before they gave me my cold breakfast. It was not even busy. I like to start my day off right with a nice breakfast. The coffee was good. I was offered a new breakfast which I appreciate but I don't have time to wait for that again. She explained it takes 5 to 6 minutes to make the meal.. that would explain why my meal was cold after 20 minute wait. SOLUTION... Prioritize patrons eating in establishment make sure meal is fresh for a good experience so they return.

got expired patties

i visited this location yesterday at around 8:00 pm and ordered 6 chicken buddy burgers and we felt like all the burger patties were expired. we had a 3 year old baby with us who was also supposed to eat that and start vomiting after that. I had been working in a&w for few years and i know it really well when food is fresh or not. We felt nauseous even aftereating a bite of that. It was not only me even my family felt the same .had a really bad experience here.

I came at drive thru today around 3pm and what I heard is someone yelling at their workers. I don't want to visit this place again where they treat their workers as a servant who are making food for us or serving it. If they can't gave respect to the workers then how they will respect us.

From good to terrible...what happened?

Just got off of work was in a rush so I proceeded to the drive through 4 pm March 11th Friday (not busy) to get my fav the double teen combo with small gravy. $17 plus (ouch)...got home in 3 mins. Was very disappointed to find the burger sloppy made and had no lettuce, my fries were no bigger then 2 inches cold and old and to top it off the gravy was like water (gravy should be thicker) but it didn't matter anyways with tiny old cold fries...the root beer was fine. How hard could it actually be to make a combo properly and correct? For that price ...at least try a little harder. whom ever made that combo...go home, because you are wrecking A&W reputation for good quality food well made. Usually this place is awesome...what happened?

Lunch at A&W

On my recent trip to Surrey I had lunch at the A&W Newton Village. The service and food was great, and to my surprise was offered a free re-fill of Root Beer. Keep up the great service A&W!

They didnt make pan cakes for us.. even though their breakfast is 24 hrs.. she said grill takes upto 30 min to heat up... and very next moment she was like upto 15 min.. they didnt know what they were saying.. they were just lazy to make pancakes
