Stopped off for lunch on a wet Sunday morning as we travelled back from Whistler to the CBD. Chosen based on TA reviews. Not disappointed.

Great service, great coffee and super muffins. Couldn't ask for a better location as well right across from the ocean.

This coffee shop has had many names and owners with various results. Finally, quite a few years back, La Crema was created and it found the right ingredients: great coffee, great baristas, good sandwiches/ baked goods and nice atmosphere. The place is located at the beginning of 15 th street just across the road from the waterfront. Ample parking on... More

Firstly let me say that I grew up in West Van albeit at a time when it was less about Range Rovers and more about the Dunderave Hoe Down and a community where kids walked home from school. Crema produces decent coffee - it's also a place to spot the ex-Housewives of Vancouver if that's your thing. But today the... More

The atmosphere is friendly and bustling. The latte was good though at $5 kind of expensive. I had a bocconcini and tomato sandwich. It looked ok but it was dry and tasteless. A few pieces of cheese, tomato and spinach. For $8 My friend had a scone that she said was extremely dry. I couldn't eat it and took it... More

Stopped in while wandering through Ambleside Market. I enjoyed my chai tea latte over chit chat with friends. It was busy so we didn't stay long after we finished our drinks, however it was a beautiful cafe so would have stuck around longer if they hadn't been busy.

I ended up in West Vancouver as someone told me to go there for the Harmony Arts Festival. I found La Crema on a recommendation from a nearby store owner. Great find. Very cool vibe and right across from the south shore looking back towards Vancouver. I had the turkey and brie with cranberry panini, it was EXCELLENT. Sitting there... More

Very good coffee, wonderfully fresh pastries and savory scones baked on the premises, and comfortable, spacious seating -- all make for a perfect place to have your morning coffee plus. Even has its own cookbook. Prices are reasonable for the area.
