I will never go back to this place. The lady taking our order was very rude. Not only that but she demanded to see proof of a medical mask exemption. Excuse me? A total stranger demanding private medical information about why I am unable to...wear one? And she was relentless about it. Are we seriously pretending that its a total strangers business if someone has anxiety? A disability? Heart issues? Breathing issues? Trauma? She needs to be trained on the actual rules and that its unacceptable to ask for proof. What a completely rude and disgusting experience. And then outcasting unvaccinated folks to the patio. How repulsive. Human dignity is not practiced here, according to my experience.More

We are equally frustrated with the conditions forced on us due to this pandemic that has been part of global society for almost TWO YEARS. If we want to enjoy the benefits of dining in a restaurant and other current luxuries that are not considered...More

In summer, there is a big lineup but staff are helpful and they work in a nice dynamic way and can find you a seating area . We went there as a family and enjoyed seating inside , although their patio area is nice to...explore. Food was tasty and you can buy other items from the market inside.More

Wedge fries were a hit. One mile burger was really good as was the Iceberg salad. Fresh local goods with added flare.. smoked cheese was yummy!! Decent pricing and quick friendly service.

i ordered a large poutine, my wife ordered a trail dog and we shared the basic mac and cheese which was just that basic, not much cheese and elbow macaroni ( i had to put ketchup on it in order to finish it) my wife...enjoyed her trail dog with homemade relish, ketchup and raw onion, unfortunately the poutine was i think the worst i've ever had, a pile of wedges with the thin gravy sitting on the bottom of the bowl, the cheese curds looked like they were microwaved, they were half melted and rubbery, in order to get some gravy i had to dig a hole in my bowl of wedges and dip the wedge in the gravy sitting at the bottom, I'm sorry guys but the gravy needs to be thick and rich and that's what melts the curds, normally i wouldn't care about over paying if the quality is there but sadly it wasn'tMore

Just good , homestyle food. Got the bacon burger and the Southern Style Mac and Cheese. Around $38 all said but the burger and Mac and Cheese were both very good. Decent sized burger and the portion size of the Mac and Cheese meant we...were taking some away with us. Enjoyed it. Far easier to find a place to eat here then Whistler. Drove through Whistler hungry but not easy to find a place to eat. 15 minutes later we were almost at Pemberton.More

I am a local and have been finding my last two visits, service has been subpar. My most recent stay, I had ordered for pick up and was told on the phone that my order would be ready in 15 minutes. Upon arrival, I was...told, my food be ready soon and they would call my name. About 25 minutes later, after my party had finished their meal, we discovered that my food at been sitting at the window for X number of minutes and I saw at least 3 different servers walking around the patio delivering food. I grab my meal that were already paid for, and discovered when I got home that my salad was missing the most important ingredient, The dressing. Not very impressive for an $9.50 salad. On my second last visit, their machine was having issues with processing payments. The server who had an Accent, was very dismissive and pretty much, said it was my card that was having issues and kept asking if I had enough funds to cover my bill. Super judgmental and not very good customer service AT ALL. I called my bank and they confirmed it was their debit machine. No apology from the server, just a dismissive attitude, and definitely left me feeling unappreciated. We are in the middle of the pandemic, as I work in Hospitality as well but to leave a customer feeling like they are poor and cannot afford your food is highly unprofessional. This server works at multiple locations I've discovered as well, so I wonder how she treats customers at the other locations.More

This is a fun place that is well-run and quick. There is no table service, order at the counter and they bring it to your table. The food is delicious. There is a small deli area that sells fresh food and condiments. This is a...great stop if you are in Pemberton and looking for a tasty fast lunch.More

Awesome food. Perfect place to go after Joffre Lakes hike! Absolutely recommend! A bit on expensive side but served quickly and with a smile. I had a tuna sandwich with broccolini and it was great
