We stopped there for lunch on our vacation. The food was pretty good, although they got my wife’s order wrong, and we were the only ones in the restaurant. I had the cod taco’s. They tasted very good but I thought the price was a...bit over the top. That being said, most restaurants in Ucluelet and Tofino seem a bit pricey. An okay place but the service could be better.More

Ukee Dogs, now known by the extended name, Ukee Dogs Taqueria in its current reiteration, was one of the first places we ate at in one of our first visits to Ucluelet. It had recently opened in circa 2007 & was immediately popular with locals...& visitors alike. Ukee Dogs, a name which links to the name used by residents to refer affectionately to Ucluelet, is conveniently located on Imperial Lane, close to Ucluelet’s inner working habour. It gives a creative turn to the hot dogs it serves — another of the elements in its name — as well as being a nice quirky place at which to get tacos. Another attraction is the in-house created non-alcoholic drinks it offers, which are delicious. It also serves a good range of beers & other alcoholic drinks, which are perfect as an accompaniments to its trendy & tasty food menu. It is: Great for lunch & snacks. There have been changes over the coming two decades since it opened but Ukee Dogs has maintained is popularity & is long likely to remain a Ukee fixture in the culinary scene in this west coast ocean village. Many new eateries have opened since 2007. Ukee Dogs still beckons to appreciative costumers, who keep coming back for more of its creative sips & bites, Posted by S FullerMore

We had lunch at Ukee Dogs. It was quite busy but the staff did a great job getting round the tables serving food. We enjoyed the chilli and pulled pork poutine. We would happily eat there again.

We were looking for some where for lunch and came across Ukee dogs. Doesn’t really sell itself well from the outside but we went in and ordered dogs and a brew. Excellent food, the service was a little slow, but I think that is the...result of the food being individually prepared. Certainly worth the wait $39.62 for the tow of us, good value.More

Ukee dogs is probably the greatest place on earth. Zane is so down to earth, brewing his own kombucha, jamming the open mic, and making his patrons feel at home. Do yourself a favor Check it out

So glad we came across this little spot. Friendly staff, great hot dogs and the best latte I’ve had in a long time. Bonus to watch Pipeline competition while enjoying our lunch. Will definitely pass this along to friends who will be visiting the area.

My friends and I got burritos here. One of my friends is vegetarian and they mixed up our burritos and gave her one with meat. She was sick all night.

We went for a late breakfast and sat outside. The food was great and service was very nice. We were lucky to have come early, as it became busy very quickly and some guests had to wait to get a seat.

Really delicious food and great atmosphere - super chill Vancouver island vibes. Not quick but worth waiting for. Go for the poutine and the dogs.

Let’s premise these comments with the fact that I’m a Restauranteur..We waited nearly an hour for fries and a slider...when I suggested we get some nibbles while we wait... we got attacked by all the staff and owner saying we shouldn’t complain....come on guys...here’s some...tips... - Once you take an order write down the time - Once you deliver the item take note of the time - Work towards getting food to the client within 20 minutes - After twenty minutes if no food... give your guests some nibbles to tide them over - Don’t attack your customers because they are dying of starvation - Take some training on running a restaurant Bloody hell.... its not rocket science, two tables behind us complained also, one walked out, and the other took their food to go saying they couldn’t wait anymore, nobody should have to wait an hour for something to eat..especially just a sandwich and fries....get organized.More

We visited here today for a quick’ lunch. Ordered hot dog and fries. 40 minutes later we enquired where our order was. Just coming was the reply. Well we waited another 20 minutes and then walked out in frustration. They had the nerve to charge...us for our drinks. Avoid at all costs! Awful.More

Absolutely delicious & our server was chill & so friendly! We had the Mac & Cheese Dog, Canucks Dog, and poutine & all 3 were phenomenal. We also had their homemade sodas, raspberry gingerale & blueberry lemonade. Not too sweet and so refreshing. Homemade hot...sauce was yummy too, sweet with a light hot finish. Their patio is licensed so you can make the drinks alcoholic if you want to! Patio has music piped out so it's a nice chill atmosphere Highly reccomend & we will be coming back!More
