Really wanted to give the place a good review but the experience got worse and worse , sadly. From opening the door, to the slightly strange menu, to the average Chines food to the increasing neglectful service, the whole thing deteriaorated as it went on. Shame as with a little effort it could work, but am afraid I can't recommend... More

So although it is mainly a inn, I was only here for dinner. So the service is horrible and be ready to wait 3-7 min to be seated even though there are empty spaces. Do not come here. I would definitely recommend going to the Fish and Chips across the street.

Well, aside friendly stuff there is nothing else to brag about. Unless you are desperate for short stay, don't book it. Three are no basis things in the room : no ice machine , no phone, no shampoo... The entrance door is very shaky.. Thanks God there is TV. If you want any comfort this is not a place for... More

We ate here at 5pm on a Saturday night and it was a big restaurant and eerily empty, the lights were out, no music playing or any noise whatsoever, the young chap that came to greet us was in ripped jeans and looked like he was on his way to hang out with his pals or something. I wasn't sure... More

Ordered a Chinese plate consisting of sweet and sour pork and veggies. Serving was huge. Not bad, can be better. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Everything else in town was closed when my husband and I were looking for a place to eat, (Sunday night, 7:30 low tourist time so a lot of restaurants are closed till either spring or late Feb) we took a chance and went in! I would've preferred to have gone hungry! I'm surprised we didn't get food poisoning! We both... More

We were on a romantic getaway, and stopped in for Chinese food. Got a water in a plastic cup, and my husband's ice tea was given to us in the can with a straw. Food was awful. Spat first mouthful of ginger beef out, as too hard to chew. Gave up after 3 bites. Husband's sweet and sour chicken turned... More

We have eaten a few meals here each time hoping maybe it was an off night. We live here and this is the only Asian food. Our most recent meal a few days ago is the last one w, because it was just awful. I don't like writing a bad review, the family is very nice that runs it. I... More

Definitely the worst Chinese Food I have ever tried. Not worth the risk. They didn't used to call it Ptomeine Jerry's for nothing. It's a real bummer the food is not better as it is the only Asian cuisine in Ucluelet.
