'Stopped into this beautifully redone historic building (used to be the farm feed store!) in my hometown for take-out coffee and pastries. Pastries were nice, drinks were average, service was cold and unfriendly. Will not be returning.

Delicious little breakfast bagel!! Very fresh tasty ingredients! Cute atmosphere and very friendly service. We will return again for coffee when we are not planning for a nap right after breakfast.
Good selection of coffee / lattes and delicious baked goods . Friendly prompt service. Central location on the Main Street of Picton . Enjoyed lattes and pumpkin scones which were both delicious .
Cute little coffee shop that serves and creates more than delicious coffee. Great sandwiches ( Cubano ) and even lasagna !
Nice cosy welcoming environment that serves very good coffee. Patio outside is nice as you can sip away while watching people.
There coffee was excellent and had an amazing carrot cake and Nanaimo bar. A definite stop next time I am in town.
Avoid the gelato! We popped in after having found thé always excellent Slickers closed. We bought 2 gelatos only to have to throw them out 2 blocks later: watery, chunky with ice, and flavours bearing no resemblance to the real thing. 10 dollars for a...real disappointment.More
Always a pleasure- love the great coffee and especially gluten-free treats. Staff are always genuinely happy and friendly. Thank you ladies
The food looks nice at this spot, but I will never go back because of the very hostile service. I desperately needed a washroom before being able to concentrate on the menu to order properly and explained this, but was told in a very hostile...way that I had to order first because people lie. What skin is it off their teeth if a few people use the washroom and don’t order that they accuse innocent lunch goers of lying. It is the worst customer service experience that I’ve had in years, and I decided I would just go home and make my own lunch rather than trying their soup and quiche. There are many other places in the county to get nice food, and many other cafes in Picton, so I recommend staying away from this one.More
A very nice coffee cafe for all tastes. Local products is in their attraction to many people. Local roasters, in-house baking is all on the cafe table for you. Lots of options of creams and milks almond & such like. The cafe location is in...an historic building for a nice atmosphere. 👍 I'd go back for a cup of java here anytime.More
Ordered a cappuccino and a chai latte and they were both extremely weak. As a specialty coffee shop, I would have thought the stop would be worthwhile. Ten bucks and couldn't finish them.
I have been twice to this cafe and I have had odd experiences with the same person both times. She appears to me to be a manager. The first time we had asked for a cup of ice (we would have paid for the cup)...but she made it into such a big deal and told me that they don’t normally do that. A cup of ice shouldn’t be a big deal. The second time i desperately needed the washroom..she hesitated to tell me where the washroom was as if she didn’t want to let me use it. She eventually told me. Honestly both times have been extremely odd and off putting.More
Our lattes were just average and not very hot. My partner had an egg salad sandwich which was made on lovely whole grain bread. I was hoping to be wowed by something hot and delicious.
We stopped by for lunch and were very pleasantly surprised. We did the quiche and jerk wrap lunch special, both were fantastic. Our coffee choices were also very good.
First off, I would like to say that I have been here many times throughout my childhood & loved this place. But... unfortunately I got terrible food poisoning from my most recent visit (Sept 6th). We all had the Reuben sandwiches & 3/4 of us...were sick throwing up all night long :/ Not sure if it was the sauce they used or some cross contamination or even spoiled meat but I would not go here again because of this. Very unfortunate as we used to love this place.More
Hi Lauren, I'm so sorry to hear about your experience. Another member of your party, who is a regular customer of ours, came in to tell us about the incident personally. She said that only one person experienced digestive issues following the meal. Given the...More
