This restaurant is located in Schiphol airport on the departure side after security.
We had a long wait for our departure, so we decided to have lunch here, which turned out to be a good decision. We’ve very much enjoyed the mixed fish plate which cost €24. The wine was good and the staff were all very pleasant.

The only place at Schiphol airport to have a good glass of wine or Champagne and enjoy the view of airplanes taking off and arriving. The prices are a bit high, but that is not a surprise for an airport like Schiphol. They offer free (really nice) nuts with your drink. The food menu is fresh fish and sushi. Also good stuff.

Stuck in the airport is no fun. But, we found this place and enjoyed some bubbles.
Total COVID mitigation in effect. QR code to order or at the counter. Nice menu if you need a bite.

What a terrible experience. You have to stand in line to get your order first, than look for a table and bring the number on a stick so its easy for the waiter to find you (..).
Ordered Seafood plate ‘Bubbles’ and a “Large” glass of Sauvignon Blanc.
I finally found a spot at the bat, which wasn’t cleaned. None of the other ‘free’ tables were clean either. The average age of the personnel is 20, and you can tell they don’t really like their job.
When the plate arrived, it was two small pieces of salmon and 5 shrimps and a piece of macrel. Really embarrassing, not at all what was displayed. Very small pieces of toast (4 made up for one slice of bread. The served butter was rock hard.
I watched a lady next to me who had sushi rolls. That looked exactly like the ones you buy at the supermarket.
I paid 19.95 euro’s for the three tiny pieces of fish and 8.95 € for a tiny glass of wine, which probably cost less per bottle at your local supermarket.
Really , really disappointed!
Never, ever go here again

Best to avoid. Service very slow, poor & food terrible - totally overcooked. Ordered poached eggs. Like plastic. Informed by staff that the eggs were poached 'earlier' then reheated in the microwave when ordered. Eggs nearly bounced off plate and were tough. Spinach also re-microwaved. Resulted in green slimy mush. Not feeling the bubbliness of this place.

Really disappointed with the value of a meal here. Ordered a lobster and egg “roll”. 26€. Two small lobster claws and two small pieces of knuckle meat (see pic below). It really did look pitiful. Service was very slow, with four servers standing around. Really needs an overhaul. Would not go here again.

Really good quality food and drinks, I sat by myself waiting for my friends and treated myself to some wine, oysters and a lobster roll, and honestly that lobster roll was one of the best rolls i have ever had, fantastic! Its not cheap here but its fairly priced for the quality though. The staff are friendly but need to be more attentive as I had to get their attention every time I wanted something, but they was nice though, luckily it wasn't busy and i was in good time for my flight still, i would decently like to come back here again given the chance!

This is by far the worst sushi I have ever tasted. The rice was dry. Dry rice! Now I tried that. Think it was boiled the day before, I don't know.
The fish didn't look great, but my better half craved sushi, sooo... we took the change.
Needless to say it wasn't a good idea.
I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. But hey! Now we know.

Had a shrimp salad floating in oil and mayonaise.
Wine with it.
No one cleared the table after I finished the salad, that I did finish cause I was hungry. Until a couple of minutes after closing they cleared - telling me now they where closed.
As my flight was an hour away I asked for a refill of my wine glass but that was refused as they where closed.
Terrible food - terrible service.
But pricy EUR 18.50 for a shrimp salad. Which would be ok if it was good.

…….Topped off with laziness! 4 (four) waitresses/ Waiters behind the counter. Asked for a glas of wine. (Named) They just looked at the wines- said nothing.
One found it “ 9€” stone faced.
AMS needs a proper wine bar.

Ordered the lobster royal roll, more fancy looks than taste. Thin layer of none fresh lobster on top of a lot of veg. I would recommend this only for people who want a good instagram picture, because it was visually pleasing but not to please your belly.

I had a lovely morning here enjoying coffee & later champagne beer with my partner who had flew into meet me, Cynthia was behind the bar & her friendliness & attention to detail in her job really shone through. Thanks again Cynitha.

I sat waiting for 20 min. Went to the bar and told to sit and wait. Switched to Dutch and the very rude bartender was so apologetic. We left without eating.

Dirty, untidy and shabby. What happend with this bar?? Chair were duck-taped, tabels broked, tabels not cleaned, food on the chairs. This used to be a desant place to visit. Sad.

Bubbles and seafood. Located in the Schengen piers, not the cheapest place to eat and drink in Schipol, but one of the most pleasant in terms of what’s on offer, and one of the quietest places in which to enjoy it away from all the hustle and bustle. And that works for us!
