This is by far the worst sushi I have ever tasted. The rice was dry. Dry rice! Now I tried that. Think it was boiled the day before, I don't know. The fish didn't look great, but my better half craved sushi, sooo... we took...the change. Needless to say it wasn't a good idea. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. But hey! Now we know.More

Whenever travelling and my departure is after noon, I stop to drink a glass of champagne and have a bite to eat. Not much else to say: it is just always a nice start of my journey.

I was looking for a spot to grab a coffee and a snack to do some work during my 9hr layover. the airport is empty and so is "bubbles". I'm on a call therefore i find a spot and proceed to finish an urgent email...i have to send. I grab the menu and see from the corner of my eye that the older blond lady who tends to the counter approaches the man sleeping in the seat next to me. she goes close to him and yells:" WOULD YOU LIKE TO ORDER" to wake him up and proceeds to tell him that this isnt a room. The man apologizes for falling asleep but the woman continues to be extremely rude and tells him to just leave. She comes up to me ( while i have the menu in my hands deciding if i want a tea or a coffee) she rudely asks me if i want to order. I start telling her yes ... and she cuts me off to say that this is a restaurant and i can't just be here. I look at her , shocked, and tell her that i was going to order but as she didn't seem to want people in the area, i told her i was going to but seeing her attitude i'd rather leave. In service, have a basic sense of how to treat people and not chasing away business it important. Terrible experience.More

First time I eat Sushi from this place. While the sushi looked great and great, it tasted like it was made hours ago. While I was eating the sushi my suspicion was confirmed, because the almost empty cooler was refilled from a different cooler on...the back. While all the salads are created freshly, the sushi is definitely not made when ordered. Too bad, because they charge you a premium price. Next time I’ll have sushi at the sushi place across the LaPlace restaurant (upstairs).More

It all depends on your standards of course. Plates are all around shrimps, anchovies, smoked salmons, and sushi’s. They all look terrific, and the place is cosy and calm — something valuable in a busy airport ... I downgraded the place after asking for olive...oil to go with my anchovy salad (no, I don’t particularly like sour cream with marinated anchovies and salad): there is no such thing at Bubbles, if not Schiphol, if not The Netherlands (just joking, I know the country). Among all available places at Schiphol, this is probably one of the best.More

Fresh seafood & ice cold Heineken beer - what could be better! Malosol Herring with onion is the best!

The best food and wine in the airport. Expensive but high standards. Suggested for a relaxing pause before taking off

Flat wine, dry and unhealthy looking salmon. € 40. You should feel ashamed of yourselves. The staff are lovely though, you do not deserve them. Unbelievably annoying since a Food Industry Service professional myself.

In transit we sat here for a drink, it is well set out with large areas between tables for people to move around with luggage. There is a large saltwater fish tank at the entrance, which looks great, and can keep children amused. There is...a good selection of food and wine but it does have the typical airport price to items.More
