Had breakfast here while in Powell River. They have tasty coffee and really great cinnamon buns. When were were there they had apple, plain, and blackberry varieties, and we tried blackberry and plain, both of which were delicious. My son had a pizza slice for breakfast which sounds a bit odd, but he really liked it.

A great mocha and chocolate drizzled stuffed crossaint (spell chkr not helping) is a breakfast of champions, especially if you're boarding the first ferry to Little River.

We wanted to have breakfast before taking the ferry, and we found this place after discovering that our first choice was closed for the holiday (Seriously?!!). The name of the restaurant doesn't make you think of breakfast, but we had the breakfast wraps and they were delicious. The coffee was also great. The restaurant was really busy, but the woman... Good if your going for a pastry or some sort of snack with coffee and a friend but to order some of the other it's just to pricey for ones pocket.

I have tried very hard to fall in love with this place. After all, it is local and it bakes things right on the premises and all that sort of thing that I want to support. However, not once when I have gone here have I had so much as a smile or even eye contact from any of the... More

I love this place for the soup and sandwiches. Homemade soup in a homemade bread bowl is awesome. The sandwiches are made to order and are huge. Great place.

We stopped in to get sandwiches made while waiting for the ferry. They will make them to order and they were great. Fresh homemade breads and treats to be found as well as homemade soups.

This restaurant is typical with its pizza - lots of dough and little in the way of toppings. While you can order additional toppings they, like most pizza establishments, do not put enough on the pizza to really make a difference. Nothing special here.

One to visit early if you want to enjoy fresh croissants before the supply runs out. Sat in and enjoyed a lovely hot chocolate and croissant before leaving armed with fresh baguette for lunch time sandwiches and a selection of pastries for afternoon tea. The blueberry and banana cake slice was melt in your mouth. My fellow sailors enjoyed the... More

We'd arrived at the ferry a little early, so went of a walk to put in time. Ended up wandering into the Rocky Mountain Bakery. Neat little spot. Free wifi, seating facing the window, amazing selection of baked goods. We grabbed a couple of the Cinnamon Bun options and a Nanaimo Bar to enjoy while waiting for the ferry. Fantastic!... More
