Visited on business and stayed at the attached hotel. I enjoyed a Gigi Smoothie for breakfast that included locally grown kiwi. It was amazing! For those with a larger appetite, one of my colleagues had a huge trucker style breakfast with 3 kinds of meat complete with eggs, toast and hash browns... huge portions! The server, Lizzie, was very helpful... More

This tiny spot in the Townsite has great food and excellent service. Several varieties off eggs Benedict. The smoked salmon Bennie is made with actual smoked salmon, not lox as in most restaurants.

This is the first time I have ever sent a review in for a restaurant. My wife and I visited Edie Rae's for the first time yesterday and everything about the place was fantastic. Great food, great interaction with the staff and great history. We recently moved to Powell River and this place is going to be our go to... More

Great place for breakfast, eggs, bacon, jam/toast, coffee were all excellent. It is at the Powell River townsite which is a bit of an eyesore, but the food is outstanding.

We had breakfast twice during our stay. Everything was delicious apart from maybe the pancakes but the still were devoured, once smothered in homemade blackberry jam they were tasty. Coffee was great, stories of the owners family and local history was a nice touch. Service was good, a little slow the second day but when on vacation who is in... More

Thank you for the review and hope you come back. As for the pancakes we are currently reworking the recipe to make them even better. As you know everything in the cafe is of best ingredients, made in house and a lot of care is taken in putting out the best quality product. Cheers Kelly More

"That A" I have no idea what you are talking about. Firstly we don't have any salads on our menu as we are a breakfast restaurant and as for pies we don't make them as I commented earlier we do breakfast. You have given me a really good idea about dusting of my pastry crust recipe and maybe I could... More

This very clean, attentively staffed dining room is attached to the Old Courthouse Inn at which we stayed the night previously. Delicious breakfast and loved the sepia photographs of the namesake "Edie Rae". Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a homemade experience.
