We were two couples from different parts of the country, meeting in the middle for a weekend catch-up. The restaurant is clean and tidy, the meal was great value and the service was excellent. It's nice to go to an independent Italian restaurant where there are interesting specials and the staff are willing to accommodate specific requests for the preparation... More

This is my must go to restaurant when I visit Bristol. Located just close to the train station it is perfect for a meal just before getting back on the train or if your staying in one of the near by hotels. The food is delicious, I really love their steaks and the wine is well priced. Staff are really... More

Wonderful food within minutes of the Temple Quay CBD. Easy to overlook when you have the cluster of venues closer to town in Victoria Street, but we certainly will be returning. Top quality Italian food at reasonable prices.

We have been here a few times now and have always enjoyed it. It's a little Italian opposite Temple Meads train station. Lovely staff, the food is good quality and the service is great. Only down side is parking but you can always find a spot on a neighbouring road. Thanks for the lovely meal and atmosphere

Everything about our visit was great. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the food was delicious and the house red was lovely. We had bruschetta, steak/prawn combo, giant prawn linguine (both from specials board) and profiteroles... All very special and highly recommended. Even the cappuccino tasted far better than normal. The place was full but not too loud with a... More

The restaurant is very simple that gives the feeling of a real italian restaurant. The food portions are very generous, none of us could finish the main. The taste was really amazing, and service was attentive. Really glad we tried while in Bristol for a day!

This is 60 seconds from the Holiday Inn Express and on a Tuesday night it had a few covers at 9:15 when we arrived. The service was prompt and polite although not many smiles from the waitresses. I ate with a old school friend and we both had starters, mains and shared a bottle of Chianti and total bill was... More

We went here on a Saturday evening and I was glad we booked as it was busy, booking is a must. There are no frills in this Italian, you take it as you find it but the staff were attentive and helpful. My husband had the beef stroganoff which was on the specials board. He thoroughly enjoyed this and said... More

Used to come here a lot, but now it has decreased in quality. 10 years ago, the wood was al2ays nice and always special to eat. Now it is not so special, i find us ending up in other town based restaurants now. Also, parking an issue

I absolutely love eating here, it is one of my favourite restaurants and I strongly recommend it to anyone who doesn't know Bristol very well and is seeking elegant yet genuine Italian food. My friend is a gluten free vegetarian and when I took her she found something on the menu that looked equally as delicious as mine. I would... More
