Apparently it had been a busy weekend. So on a Tuesday no nibbles despite cocktails being £10 on average. Staff inattentive. Had to go to bar and asked to be served twice. Cocktails still good but very disappointed in both service and attitude. Been here...More

Whilst Xmas shopping in Harvey Nichols, Bristol my wife and I decided to try the restaurant within the store. After a mornings shopping I decided to use the gents which is situated alongside the reception just outside the restaurant itself. That alone was enough to...More

Very good choice on their Christmas menu. It was a fun evening with friends and the food was beautifully presented as always. Waiting staff were also very polite and unobtrusive but the service was excellent. The HN Christmas pud was surrounded by a delicious rum...More

Came here for breakfast on a Saturday morning, it was busy so a good job we booked online. Staff were friendly and the restaurant felt very opulent with lots of gold everywhere. We both had bacon pancakes which were very tasty and it was pretty...More

A lovely friend of mine took me for dinner here recently. Food and service was pretty good and whilst not cheap it was pretty good value. I was though not blown away. There's nothing distinctive about Harvey Nicks and to be honest there are plenty...More

There are lifts in Harvey Nichols for disabled customers. NCP Car Park Bristol Broadmead next to the Marriott Hotel is the closest place to park, as the roads outside HN are very busy and there's no official drop off point.
