Had early bird menu at £15.95. Good value but food disappointing. Korai was very bland. Jalfrazi was extremely hot not normal for this dish. Chicken chat starter was very strange, full of coconut, not the normal recipe.
Great food and service, stopped here for my evening meal with a colleague whilst visiting Bristol for a one-day business trip. I forgot to ask for a VAT receipt for business expense; I emailed the next day and they replied quickly with the receipt.
I have been here in September and this is one of the best Indian style restaurants in Bristol. Great food, great hospitality and the staff are so kind. Looking forward to visit again...
A cosy, vaulted cellar restaurant with friendly staff. We had the early bird menu and I was immediately impressed with the well marinated and subtle spicing of the tenderest tandoori chicken starter I've had in years. Not a drop of the hated luminescent bright red...More
