First time at this restaurant and it didn't disappoint, lovely food with attentive staff. Small restaurant so advise to book ahead. Good to be able to see the chefs cooking the food. Great flavours and authentic tastes.

We booked and pleasantly surprised to find a hustle and bustle cosy restaurant in the restaurant area for Bristol. Staff was quite friendly, but got our drink orders wrong twice, brought out the wrong colour wine and different beer than we had ordered. They were...More

2nd visit. Went for flatbread and dips to start which was nice. For main we both went for the lamb chops with potato and kale, this was very disappointing. Chops tender, but lacking much flavour or seasoning, potatoes soft and again not packing much flavour....More

We went as part of a hen party in a large group. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious (great value for money). We all had a lovely time, would definitely recommend.

This used to be our absolute favourite place to eat in Bedminster, but sadly the service lets this place down. The food is delicious but the staff really need to work on their customer service. We've visited 10+ times before but have never seen a...More

Pleasant staff, relaxed atmosphere, great food, well priced. Just be careful when it comes to the bill - their maths is not too good.

Delicious, exotic food in a convivial setting. Chose five plates to share between two and it was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the bottle of Greek wine we chose, too. And to top it all off, our waiter was wonderful. Highly recommended!

This is a very popular restaurant in North Street Southville and deservedly so. We had pre theatre mezze here and they were excellent-taramasalata, Persian meatballs and tabouleh. Fresh flavours and quality ingredients. Busy and fun-a terrific place for a meal.

Not enough superlatives to describe our experience. We were greeted by friendly staff who looked after us well during our wonderful meal. Beautifully served and very tasty food. Cannot wait to travel the 30 miles to eat there again.

Encouraging people to share and to try new things, the menu at the Souk Kitchen is filled with small plates, mezze, dips, tagines, salads and grill dishes that are inspired by the traditional souks of Damascus, Marrakech and Beirut. Created using aromatic produce such as preserved lemons, tahini, honey and orange blossom, this is a stellar, moreish menu that you and your family and friends will love. The dcor at the Souk Kitchen is an eclectic mix of candy-coloured wallpaper and shelves stacked with ingredients including couscous, saffron and rosewater.
