The food in this place in my opinion is worthy of a 2 star restaurant. We had the "Menu Gourmand" and the restaurant happily gave us a vegetarian option in place of the beef course for one of the diners. Some of the food definitely...More

Fine dining at its best. Due to unforeseen circumstances we regrettable had to cut short our visit and we sadly missed our final main course and two deserts of the taster menu. The staff were incredibly generous and helpful and did all they could to...More

From the minute you walk into Wilks, you feel as if you have entered a parallel universe where everything is exactly as it should be. Although the 'feel' is slightly formal compared to many of today's eating establishments, it is also very relaxing and charming....More

I've eaten in many restaurants in Bristol but I have to say Wilks is by far the best. Worth every penny. They absolutely spoil you from the moment you walk in. Perfect food, perfect wine, perfect service. We will return!

This was a delicious meal. We had the taster menu which I would definitely recommend. We chose our own wine and enjoyed the selection of half bottles which meant we could match these to food. We particularly enjoyed the lovely fresh seafood and the wonderful...More

As a French person living in the UK I am often disappointed by some of the French restaurants around. Not this time. Quality of produce, cooking techniques were comparable to a Michelin star restaurant in France. We loved the desserts. Great choice of wines. A...More

They are a popular restaurant. We went at a weekend and booking was essential. You might be lucky during the week but I wouldn't chance it myself!
