Went twice on recent visit as stayed nearby . Great coffee and really great cake which when ingredients were explained I was dubious but a very moist and tasty cake. Staff very helpful. Was busy .

Great decaf coffee, delicious GF lemon & pistachio cake and very cool surroundings. Love the teeny models of Yoda, dinosaurs and the like hidden about the place. Would definitely go again!

I absolutely love this place, the coffee is just to die for and the sandwiches are delicious too. It's always busy and can be tricky to get a table, but it seems obvious to me why that is! Staff are lovely too.

We were in Bristol for a long weekend and read The Daily Telegraph recommendation so tried it ourselves. What a lovely experience-a cosy and intimate little spot with friendly and knowledgeable staff. We had a delicious flat white using a blend of beans from Brazil, Mexico and Ruanda. Oh, and the rhubarb pastry was excellent too!

Smooth delicious coffee, best I've had in Bristol. Don't take my word for it, just go. Single Origin Espresso was particularly well done.

Stopped here for a quick coffee on a recent visit to the city. The staff were nice, space is pleasant and the coffee good.

After a demonstration scuppered my last attempt to try out the small st espresso, I had the chance today even though it involved another hour long drive each way! Dedication huh? Yes it is small and yes on a street but they do know how to make a great coffee. Nice people and even jake the collie seemed to enjoy... More

Comprehensive coffee selection, expertly prepared and delivered. Staff are passionate about their coffee and lots of loyal return customers popping in. Very friendly place. Although the focus of this small venue is on expert coffee, actually they had a good selection of interesting toasties with sourdough bread. Worked perfectly for a light lunch.

Matched expectations. A lovely, busy little coffee shop with a great atmosphere. My friend was late joining me and I was not once hassled and made to feel I was taking up space, despite there not being a great deal of seating. Great coffee too - and so said my friend from Melbourne!

Thank Anne P
